The invention claimed is: 1. A luminaire comprising at least one organic light-emitting diode as light source, wherein the organic light-emitting diode comprises a plurality of functional layers which comprise at least one radiation-emitting region in which electromagnetic radiation is generated during the operation of the organic light-emitting diode, wherein the organic light-emitting diode generates electromagnetic radiation in the spectral range from infrared radiation to UV radiation during operation, the organic light-emitting diode comprises at least one encapsulation which forms a seal of the functional layers of the organic light-emitting diode against environmental influences, the luminaire forms one of the following devices or is at least part of one of the following devices: alarm clock, shower cubicle, shower head, solar protection, rain protection, lamp, bag, signaling light, changing cubicle, vision protection, housing, emergency lighting, mirror, tile, ceiling light, radiator cladding, louver, noise protection, umbrella, and warning light, the encapsulation comprises an encapsulation layer sequence with a first encapsulation layer and a second encapsulation layer, both encapsulation layers consist of an inorganic material, both encapsulation layers comprise a volume structure, the volume structure of the second encapsulation layer has a higher amorphisity than the volume structure of the first encapsulation layer, and the volume structure of the first encapsulation layer is in crystalline or poly-crystalline form and has lattice defects which form a permeation path for moisture and/or oxygen and the second encapsulation layer is arranged directly on the first encapsulation layer and in direct contact with the first encapsulation layer and has a common interface with the first encapsulation layer, wherein the second encapsulation layer is amorphous and does not continue the lattice defects of the first encapsulation layer. 2. A luminaire comprising at least one organic light-emitting diode as light source, wherein the organic light-emitting diode comprises a plurality of functional layers which comprise at least one radiation-emitting region in which electromagnetic radiation is generated during the operation of the organic light-emitting diode, wherein the organic light-emitting diode generates electromagnetic radiation in the spectral range from infrared radiation to UV radiation during operation, the organic light-emitting diode comprises at least one encapsulation which forms a seal of the functional layers of the organic light-emitting diode against environmental influences, the luminaire forms one of the following devices or is at least part of one of the following devices: alarm clock, shower cubicle, shower head, solar protection, rain protection, lamp, bag, signaling light, changing cubicle, vision protection, housing, emergency lighting, mirror, tile, ceiling light, radiator cladding, louver, noise protection, umbrella, and warning light, the encapsulation comprises an encapsulation layer sequence with a first encapsulation layer and a second encapsulation layer, both encapsulation layers consist of an inorganic material, both encapsulation layers comprise a volume structure, wherein the volume structure of the second encapsulation layer has a higher amorphisity than the volume structure of the first encapsulation layer, and on the side facing away from the functional layers the encapsulation is covered by a pre-encapsulation layer which serves for encapsulating the organic layer sequence and as a planarization layer for the encapsulation, wherein the pre-encapsulation layer comprises a transparent epoxide or a radiation-transmissive adhesive and a second carrier is applied to the pre-encapsulation layer on a side of the pre-encapsulation layer facing away from the encapsulation. 3. The luminaire according to claim 2 , wherein the carrier is a glass plate and the carrier is in direct contact with the pre-encapsulation layer. 4. A luminaire comprising at least one organic light-emitting diode as light source, wherein the organic light-emitting diode comprises a plurality of functional layers which comprise at least one radiation-emitting region in which electromagnetic radiation is generated during the operation of the organic light-emitting diode, wherein the organic light-emitting diode generates electromagnetic radiation in the spectral range from infrared radiation to UV radiation during operation, the organic light-emitting diode comprises at least one encapsulation which forms a seal of the functional layers of the organic light-emitting diode against environmental influences, and the luminaire forms one of the following devices or is at least part of one of the following devices: alarm clock, shower cubicle, shower head, solar protection, rain protection, lamp, bag, signaling light, changing cubicle, vision protection, housing, emergency lighting, mirror, tile, ceiling light, radiator cladding, louver, noise protection, umbrella, and warning light, wherein the encapsulation comprises an encapsulation layer sequence with a first encapsulation layer and a second encapsulation layer, wherein both encapsulation layers comprise a volume structure, wherein the volume structure of the second encapsulation layer has a higher amorphisity than the volume structure of the first encapsulation layer, and wherein on the side facing away from the functional layers the encapsulation is covered by a pre-encapsulation layer which serves for encapsulating the organic layer sequence and as a planarization layer for the encapsulation, wherein the pre-encapsulation layer comprises a transparent epoxide or a radiation-transmissive adhesive and a second carrier is applied to the pre-encapsulation layer on a side of the pre-encapsulation layer facing away from the encapsulation. 5. The luminaire according to claim 4 , wherein the carrier is a glass plate and the carrier is in direct contact with the pre-encapsulation layer.
