Provided are a heterocyclic compound which emits blue light and is represented by General Formula (G1) below, and a light-emitting element, a light-emitting device, an electronic device and a lighting device which are formed using the heterocyclic compound represented by General Formula (G1) below. The use of the heterocyclic compound represented by General Formula (G1) makes it possible to provide a light-emitting element which has high emission efficiency, and also a light-emitting device, an electronic device and a lighting device which have reduced power consumption.

What is claimed is: 1. A compound represented by General Formula (B1), wherein R 8 to R 11 independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 13 carbon atoms, wherein at least one of R 12 to R 18 represents a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 13 carbon atoms and the others of R 12 to R 18 independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 13 carbon atoms, wherein R 101 and R 102 independently represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and wherein X represents sulfur. 2. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein R 101 and R 102 are the same. 3. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein R 101 and R 102 are different from each other. 4. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein R 101 and R 102 are combined with each other to from a ring. 5. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein at least one of R 13 , R 16 , and R 18 represents a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 13 carbon atoms. 6. A compound represented by General Formula (B1), wherein R 8 to R 12 , R 14 , R 15 , R 17 , and R 18 independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 13 carbon atoms, wherein R 13 and R 16 represent a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 13 carbon atoms, wherein R 101 and R 102 independently represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and wherein X represents sulfur. 7. The compound according to claim 6 , wherein R 101 and R 102 are the same. 8. The compound according to claim 6 , wherein R 101 and R 102 are different from each other. 9. The compound according to claim 6 , wherein R 101 and R 102 are combined with each other to from a ring. 10. The compound according to claim 6 , wherein each of R 13 and R 16 represents any one of the Formulae (1-1) to (1-16): 11. The compound according to claim 6 , wherein each of R 13 and R 16 represents a phenyl group. 12. The compound according to claim 6 , wherein the compound is represented by the following structural Formula:
