A rolling type vehicle includes a pair of left and right front wheels and has a vehicle body capable of rolling. The rolling type vehicle includes a pair of left and right arm members supported in a swingable manner by the vehicle body on inner sides in the transverse direction for supporting the left and right front wheels in a steerable manner on outer sides in the transverse direction. A pair of left and right knuckle members are supported by transversely outer end portions of the left and right arm members in a swingable manner and which are steered together with the left and right front wheels, respectively. A regulating member for regulating the turning angle of each front wheel is provided between the transversely outer end portion of at least one of the left and right arm members and the knuckle member supported by the transversely outer end portion.

What is claimed is: 1. A rolling vehicle having a pair of left and right front wheels and having a vehicle body capable of rolling, the rolling type vehicle comprising: a pair of left and right arm members supported in a swingable manner by the vehicle body on inner sides in a transverse direction for supporting the left and right front wheels in a steerable manner on outer sides in the transverse direction, respectively; a pair of left and right knuckle members supported in a swingable manner by transversely outer end portions of the left and right arm members and which are steered together with the left and right front wheels; and regulating means for regulating a turning angle of the front wheel, said regulating means being provided between the transversely outer end portion of at least one of the left and right arm members and the knuckle members supported by the transversely outer end portion. 2. The rolling vehicle according to claim 1 , and further comprising a pair of left and right outer link members supported by the transversely outer end portions of the left and right arm members so as to be swingable respectively about swing shafts and which support the knuckle members steerably respectively about left and right kingpin shafts which intersect the left and right swing shafts. 3. The rolling vehicle according to claim 2 , wherein the regulating means is configured to reduce the turning angle when the swinging angle about the swing shaft exceeds a predetermined angle. 4. The rolling vehicle according to claim 3 , wherein the regulating means includes a cam adapted to regulate the turning angle in conjunction with a variation in the swinging angle. 5. The rolling vehicle according to claim 2 , wherein the regulating means is disposed to overlap with insertion portions of the left and right outer link members through which the swing shaft is passed, as viewed from a direction along the swing shaft. 6. The rolling vehicle according to claim 3 , wherein the regulating means is disposed to overlap with insertion portions of the left and right outer link members through which the swing shaft is passed, as viewed from a direction along the swing shaft. 7. The rolling vehicle according to claim 4 , wherein the regulating means is disposed to overlap with insertion portions of the left and right outer link members through which the swing shaft is passed, as viewed from a direction along the swing shaft. 8. The rolling vehicle according to claim 5 , wherein the regulating means includes a cam which overlaps with the insertion portion as viewed from the direction along the swing shaft, and a roller capable of rolling along an outer circumference of the cam. 9. The rolling vehicle according to claim 6 , wherein the regulating means includes a cam which overlaps with the insertion portion as viewed from the direction along the swing shaft, and a roller capable of rolling along an outer circumference of the cam. 10. The rolling vehicle according to claim 7 , wherein the regulating means includes a cam which overlaps with the insertion portion as viewed from the direction along the swing shaft, and a roller capable of rolling along an outer circumference of the cam. 11. A suspension system for a vehicle comprising: a pair of left and right arm members supported in a swingable manner by a vehicle body on inner sides in a transverse direction for supporting left and right front wheels in a steerable manner on outer sides in the transverse direction, respectively; a pair of left and right knuckle members supported in a swingable manner by transversely outer end portions of the left and right arm members and which are steered together with the left and right front wheels; and regulating means for regulating a turning angle of the front wheel, said regulating means being provided between the transversely outer end portion of at least one of the left and right arm members and the knuckle members supported by the transversely outer end portion. 12. The suspension system for a vehicle according to claim 11 , and further comprising a pair of left and right outer link members supported by the transversely outer end portions of the left and right arm members so as to be swingable respectively about swing shafts and which support the knuckle members steerably respectively about left and right kingpin shafts which intersect the left and right swing shafts. 13. The suspension system for a vehicle according to claim 12 , wherein the regulating means is configured to reduce the turning angle when the swinging angle about the swing shaft exceeds a predetermined angle. 14. The suspension system for a vehicle according to claim 13 , wherein the regulating means includes a cam adapted to regulate the turning angle in conjunction with a variation in the swinging angle. 15. The suspension system for a vehicle according to claim 12 , wherein the regulating means is disposed to overlap with insertion portions of the left and right outer link members through which the swing shaft is passed, as viewed from a direction along the swing shaft. 16. The suspension system for a vehicle according to claim 13 , wherein the regulating means is disposed to overlap with insertion portions of the left and right outer link members through which the swing shaft is passed, as viewed from a direction along the swing shaft. 17. The suspension system for a vehicle according to claim 14 , wherein the regulating means is disposed to overlap with insertion portions of the left and right outer link members through which the swing shaft is passed, as viewed from a direction along the swing shaft. 18. The suspension system for a vehicle according to claim 15 , wherein the regulating means includes a cam overlapping with the insertion portion as viewed from the direction along the swing shaft, and a roller capable of rolling along an outer circumference of the cam. 19. The suspension system for a vehicle according to claim 16 , wherein the regulating means includes a cam overlapping with the insertion portion as viewed from the direction along the swing shaft, and a roller capable of rolling along an outer circumference of the cam. 20.
