What is claimed is: 1. A quinone derivative represented by general formula (1) shown below, where, in the general formula (1), chemical groups R 1 each represent, independently of one another, an alkyl group having a carbon atom number of no less than 1 and no greater than 10, a cycloalkyl group having a carbon atom number of no less than 3 and no greater than 10, an alkoxy group having a carbon atom number of no less than 1 and no greater than 6, an aralkyl group having a carbon atom number of no less than 6 and no greater than 12, or an optionally substituted aryl group having a carbon atom number of no less than 6 and no greater than 14, and R 2 represents an alkyl group having a carbon atom number of no less than 1 and no greater than 10, an aralkyl group having a carbon atom number of no less than 6 and no greater than 12, a cycloalkyl group having a carbon atom number of no less than 3 and no greater than 10, an alkoxy group having a carbon atom number of no less than 1 and no greater than 6, an optionally substituted aryl group, or an optionally substituted heterocyclic group. 2. The quinone derivative according to claim 1 , wherein the quinone derivative is any one of quinone derivatives represented by chemical formulae (1-1) to (1-7) shown below. 3. An electrophotographic photosensitive member comprising a conductive substrate and a photosensitive layer, wherein the photosensitive layer contains the quinone derivative according to claim 1 . 4. The electrophotographic photosensitive member according to claim 3 , wherein the photosensitive layer is a single-layer type photosensitive layer in which a charge generating material, a hole transport material, an electron transport material, and a binder resin are contained in the same layer as one another, and the electron transport material includes the quinone derivative. 5. The electrophotographic photosensitive member according to claim 3 , wherein the quinone derivative is represented by chemical formula (1-1) or (1-3) shown below
