A display film includes a transparent polymeric substrate layer and a transparent aliphatic cross-linked polyurethane layer disposed on the transparent polymeric substrate layer. The transparent aliphatic cross-linked polyurethane layer has a glass transition temperature in a range from 11 to 27 degrees Celsius and a Tan Delta peak value in a range from 0.5 to 2.5. The display film has a haze value of 1% or less.

What is claimed is: 1. A film comprising: a display film comprising: a transparent polymeric substrate layer; and a transparent aliphatic cross-linked polyurethane layer disposed on the transparent polymeric substrate layer, the transparent aliphatic cross-linked polyurethane layer having a glass transition temperature in a range from 11 to 27 degrees Celsius, a Tan Delta peak value in a range from 0.5 to 2.5, a cross-link density in a range from 0.34 to 0.65 mol/kg, and a NCO/OH ratio in a range from 0.8 to 1; the display film having a haze value of 1% or less; and first and second removable liners separated by the display film. 2. The film according to claim 1 , wherein the transparent aliphatic cross-linked polyurethane layer has a Tan Delta peak value in a range from 1 to 2. 3. The film according to claim 1 , wherein the display film has a thickness of less than 500 micrometers and the transparent aliphatic cross-linked polyurethane layer has a thickness greater than 100 micrometers. 4. The film according to claim 1 , wherein the transparent aliphatic cross-linked polyurethane layer has a glass transition temperature in a range from 17 to 22 degrees Celsius and a Tan Delta peak value in a range from 1.4 to 1.8. 5. The film according to claim 1 , wherein the display film has a haze of 0.5% or less. 6. The film according to claim 1 , wherein the display film has a visible light transmission of 85% or greater. 7. The film according to claim 1 , further comprising an optical adhesive layer disposed between the transparent polymeric substrate layer and the first removable liner and the second removable liner is disposed on the transparent aliphatic cross-linked polyurethane layer. 8. A film comprising: a display film comprising: a transparent polymeric substrate layer; and a transparent aliphatic cross-linked polyurethane layer disposed on the transparent polymeric substrate layer, the transparent aliphatic cross-linked polyurethane layer having a glass transition temperature in a range from 11 to 27 degrees Celsius, a Tan Delta peak value in a range from 0.5 to 2.5, a cross-link density in a range from 0.34 to 0.65 mol/kg, and a NCO/OH ratio in a range from 0.8 to 1; the display film is intact after at least 100,000 bending cycles about a 3 mm radius; and first and second removable liners separated by the display film. 9. The film according to claim 8 , wherein the transparent aliphatic cross-linked polyurethane layer has a Tan Delta peak value in a range from 1 to 2 and the display film maintains a haze value of 1% or less after at least 100,000 bending cycles about a 3 mm radius. 10. The film according to claim 8 , wherein the display film has a thickness of less than 500 micrometers and the transparent aliphatic cross-linked polyurethane layer has a thickness greater than 100 micrometers. 11. The film according to claim 8 , wherein the transparent aliphatic cross-linked polyurethane layer has a glass transition temperature in a range from 17 to 22 degrees Celsius and a Tan Delta peak value in a range from 1.4 to 1.8. 12. The film according to claim 8 , wherein the display film has a haze of 0.5% or less. 13. The display film according to claim 8 , wherein the display film has a visible light transmission of 85% or greater.
