What is claimed is: 1. A utility vehicle, comprising: a plurality of ground engaging members; a frame supported by the ground engaging members and including a lower frame portion and a cab frame coupled to the lower frame portion to define an operator area; a seating area supported within the operator area and including a driver seat and a passenger seat in a side-by-side arrangement; a first opening adjacent the driver seat and defined between the lower frame portion and the cab frame for ingress and egress from the operator area; a second opening adjacent the passenger seat and defined between the lower frame portion and the cab frame for ingress and egress from the operator area; a first frame member extending into the first opening and removably coupled to at least one of the lower frame portion and the cab frame; a second frame member extending into the second opening and removably coupled to at least one of the lower frame portion and the cab frame; wherein the first opening is configured to receive one of a first door assembly extending across at least a portion of the first opening and a second door assembly extending across at least the portion of the first opening, wherein the first door assembly is configured to be coupled to the first frame member when the first frame member is coupled to at least one of the lower frame portion and the cab frame, and the second door assembly is configured to be coupled to at least one of the lower frame portion and the cab frame when the first frame member is removed from the utility vehicle; and the second opening is configured to receive one of a third door assembly extending across at least a portion of the second opening and a fourth door assembly extending across at least the portion of the second opening, wherein the third door assembly is configured to be coupled to the second frame member when the second frame member is coupled to at least one of the lower frame portion and the cab frame, and the fourth door assembly is configured to be coupled to at least one of the lower frame portion and the cab frame when the second frame member is removed from the utility vehicle. 2. The utility vehicle of claim 1 , wherein at least the first and third door assemblies are configured to rotate through approximately 90 degrees between an open position and a closed position. 3. The utility vehicle of claim 2 , further comprising a stop surface for the first door assembly to maintain the first door assembly at approximately 90 degrees when in the open position. 4. The utility vehicle of claim 3 , further comprising a stop surface for the third door assembly to maintain the third door assembly at approximately 90 degrees when in the open position. 5. The utility vehicle of claim 1 , wherein at least the first and third door assemblies are generally flush with the lower frame portion and the cab frame when in the closed position. 6. The utility vehicle of claim 5 , wherein at least the first and third door assemblies are tapered toward the operator area. 7. The utility vehicle of claim 6 , wherein at least the first and third door assemblies are each comprised of a frame and cover. 8. The utility vehicle of claim 7 , wherein at least the second and fourth door assemblies are each comprised of a side net. 9. A utility vehicle, comprising: a plurality of ground engaging members; a frame supported by the ground engaging members and including a lower frame portion and a cab frame coupled to the lower frame portion to define an operator area; a seating area supported within the operator area and including a driver seat and a passenger seat in a side-by-side arrangement, and each of the driver seat and the passenger seat includes a seat bottom and a seat back; a first opening adjacent the driver seat and defined between the lower frame portion and the cab frame for ingress and egress from the operator area; a second opening adjacent the passenger seat and defined between the lower frame portion and the cab frame for ingress and egress from the operator area; a first door extending across at least a portion of the first opening and being configured to rotate between a closed position and an open position where the open position permits ingress to and egress from the seating area, a rear end of the first door being positioned laterally outward of and adjacent a portion of the seat back of the driver seat, and the first door being coupled to the frame; a second door extending across at least a portion of the second opening and being configured to rotate between a closed position and an open position where the open position permits ingress to and egress from the seating area, a rear end of the second door being positioned laterally outward of and adjacent a portion of the seat back of the passenger seat, and the second door being coupled to the frame; and the first and second doors each including a stop surface configured to contact an outer surface of the door to maintain the door from passing a predetermined location when in the open position, and each of the first and second doors being bowed outwardly and away from the seats to increase the room in the seating area. 10. The utility vehicle of claim 9 , wherein a forward end of the first door is positioned laterally adjacent a portion of a steering assembly. 11. The utility vehicle of claim 9 , wherein each of the first and second doors includes a forward end and an intermediate portion extending longitudinally between the forward end and the rearward end, and the intermediate portion extends laterally outward from the forward and rearward ends to define an outermost surface of the first and second doors. 12. The utility vehicle of claim 9 , wherein a lower surface of each of the first and second doors is positioned above the seat bottom. 13. The utility vehicle of claim 9 , wherein each of the first and second doors includes a lower frame member positioned within at least one of the first or second opening. 14. The utility vehicle of claim 9 , wherein the first door includes a first portion positioned laterally outward of and adjacent the portion of the seat back of the driver seat and a second portion coupled to a lower end of the first portion. 15. The utility vehicle of claim 14 , wherein the second portion conceals the first opening between the lower frame portion and the first portion of the first door. 16. The utility vehicle of claim 9 , the first and second doors are configured to rotate through approximately 90 degrees between the open position and the closed position, and the stop surfaces for the first and second doors are configured to maintain the first and second doors at approximately 90 degrees when in the open position.
