Provided herein are Heteroaryl Compounds having the following structure: wherein R 1 -R 4 are as defined herein, compositions comprising an effective amount of a Heteroaryl Compound and methods for treating or preventing cancer, inflammatory conditions, immunological conditions, neurodegenerative diseases, diabetes, obesity, neurological disorders, age-related diseases, or cardiovascular conditions, comprising administering an effective amount of a Heteroaryl Compound to a patient in need thereof.

What is claimed is: 1. A compound having formula (II): wherein: R 1 is pyridyl substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from the group consisting of substituted or unsubstituted C 1-8 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclyl, halogen, aminocarbonyl, cyano, hydroxyalkyl, —OR, and —NR 2 , wherein each R is independently H, or a substituted or unsubstituted C 1-4 alkyl; R 2 is H, substituted or unsubstituted C 1-8 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclylalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aralkyl, or substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkylalkyl; and R 3 is H, or a substituted or unsubstituted C 1-8 alkyl; wherein substituted means substituted with a substituent selected from the group consisting of chloro; iodo; bromo; fluoro; alkyl; hydroxy; alkoxy; alkoxyalkyl; amino; alkylamino; carboxy; nitro; cyano; thiol; thioether; imine; imide; amidine; guanidine; enamine; aminocarbonyl; acylamino; phosphonato; phosphine; thiocarbonyl; alkylsulfonyl; sulfonamide; acyl; ester; urea; urethane; oxime; hydroxylamine; alkoxyamine; aralkoxyamine; N-oxide; hydrazine; hydrazide; hydrazone; azide; isocyanate; isothiocyanate; cyanate; thiocyanate; oxo; B(OH) 2 , O(alkyl)aminocarbonyl; cycloalkyl, which may be monocyclic or fused or non-fused polycyclic, or a heterocyclyl, which may be monocyclic or fused or non-fused polycyclic; monocyclic or fused or non-fused polycyclic aryl or heteroaryl; aryloxy; aralkyloxy; heterocyclyloxy; and heterocyclylalkoxy. 2. The compound of claim 1 , wherein the heterocyclyl is a substituted or unsubstituted triazolyl. 3. A compound having formula (II): wherein: R 1 is pyridyl substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from the group consisting of substituted or unsubstituted C 1-8 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclyl, halogen, aminocarbonyl, cyano, hydroxyalkyl, —OR, and —NR 2 , wherein each R is independently H, or a substituted or unsubstituted C 1-4 alkyl; R 2 is H, C 1-4 alkyl, (C 1-4 alkyl)(OR), wherein R is at each occurrence independently H, or a substituted or unsubstituted C 1-4 alkyl; R′ is at each occurrence independently H, —OR, cyano, or a substituted or unsubstituted C 1-4 alkyl; and p is 0, 1, 2 or 3; and R 3 is H, or a substituted or unsubstituted C 1-8 alkyl; wherein substituted means substituted with a substituent selected from the group consisting of chloro; iodo; bromo; fluoro; alkyl; hydroxy; alkoxy; alkoxyalkyl; amino; alkylamino; carboxy; nitro; cyano; thiol; thioether; imine; imide; amidine; guanidine; enamine; aminocarbonyl; acylamino; phosphonato; phosphine; thiocarbonyl; alkyl sulfonyl; sulfonamide; acyl; ester; urea; urethane; oxime; hydroxylamine; alkoxyamine; aralkoxyamine; N-oxide; hydrazine; hydrazide; hydrazone; azide; isocyanate; isothiocyanate; cyanate; thiocyanate; oxo; B(OH) 2 , O(alkyl)aminocarbonyl; cycloalkyl, which may be monocyclic or fused or non-fused polycyclic, or a heterocyclyl, which may be monocyclic or fused or non-fused polycyclic; monocyclic or fused or non-fused polycyclic aryl or heteroaryl; aryloxy; aralkyloxy; heterocyclyloxy; and heterocyclylalkoxy. 4. The compound of claim 4 , wherein the compound is 7-(6-(2-hydroxypropan-2-yl)pyridin-3-yl)-1-(trans-4-methoxycyclohexyl)-3,4-dihydropyrazino[2,3-b]pyrazin-2(1H)-one. 6. The compound of claim 4 , wherein the compound is 1-ethyl-7-(2-methyl-6-(4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)pyridin-3-yl)-3,4-dihydropyrazino[2,3-b]pyrazin-2(1H)-one.
