What is claimed is: 1. An oral care implement package, comprising: a front panel, at least a portion of the front panel being transparent; a backer connected to the front panel with a space for receiving an oral care implement being provided between the backer and the front panel; and a magnifying mirror facing the space and visible through the portion of the front panel, the magnifying mirror being in contact with the backer or the front panel, or both the backer and the front panel, the magnifying mirror comprising: a first concave reflective surface; a second concave reflective surface; and a recess separating the first concave surface from the second concave surface, wherein the recess is configured to receive a portion of the oral care implement and to restrict movement of the oral care implement relative to the magnifying mirror. 2. The package of claim 1 , comprising the oral care implement in the space between the front panel and the backer. 3. The package of claim 2 , wherein the oral care implement comprises a toothbrush. 4. The package of claim 3 , wherein: the toothbrush comprises a head including bristles; at least a portion of the head is received within the recess; and an enlarged image of the bristles is visible in the magnifying mirror when the magnifying mirror is viewed through the portion of the front panel. 5. The package of claim 4 , wherein the bristles comprise tapered bristles. 6. The package of claim 1 , wherein the portion of the oral care implement comprises at least part of a head of the oral care implement. 7. The package of claim 1 , wherein the recess cooperates with the oral care implement to hold the oral care implement in position relative to the magnifying mirror. 8. The package of claim 1 , wherein the magnifying mirror is comprised in a component discrete from the backer and positioned between the backer and the front panel. 9. The package of claim 8 , wherein the component is immovable relative to the portion of the front panel, or wherein movement of the component relative to the portion of the front panel is restricted. 10. The package of claim 8 , wherein the front panel comprises at least one engaging portion that engages the component to hold the component in position relative to the portion of the front panel, or to restrict movement of the component relative to the portion of the front panel. 11. The package of claim 1 , wherein the magnifying mirror comprises a reflective portion of the backer. 12. The package of claim 11 , wherein the backer comprises a body and the magnifying mirror comprises reflective material attached to the body. 13. The package of claim 12 , wherein the reflective material is disposed between the body and the front panel. 14. The package of claim 1 , wherein the portion of the front panel comprises transparent material. 15. The package of claim 1 , wherein the portion of the front panel is an opening through the front panel. 16. The package of claim 1 , wherein the package is a blister package. 17. A kit for an oral care implement package, comprising: a front panel, at least a portion of the front panel being transparent; a backer connected or connectable to the front panel, the backer and the front panel being relatively positionable at a closed position with a space for receiving an oral care implement provided between the backer and the front panel; and a magnifying mirror positionable so as to face the space and to be visible through the portion of the front panel when the backer and the front panel are at the closed position, the magnifying mirror comprising: a first concave reflective surface; a second concave reflective surface; and a recess separating the first concave surface from the second concave surface, wherein the recess is configured to receive a portion of the oral care implement and to restrict movement of the oral care implement relative to the magnifying mirror. 18. The kit of claim 17 , wherein the magnifying mirror is comprised in a component discrete from the backer and positionable between the backer and the front panel. 19. The kit of claim 18 , wherein the front panel comprises at least one engaging portion for engaging the component to hold the component in position relative to the portion of the front panel. 20. The kit of claim 17 , wherein the magnifying mirror comprises a reflective portion of the backer. 21. The kit of claim 20 , wherein the backer comprises a body and the magnifying mirror comprises reflective material attached to the body. 22. The kit of claim 21 , wherein the reflective material is disposed between the body and the front panel when the backer and the front panel are at the closed position. 23. The kit of claim 17 , wherein the oral care instrument comprises a toothbrush comprising a head including bristles, wherein: at least a portion of the head is received within the recess; and an enlarged image of the bristles is visible in the magnifying mirror when the magnifying mirror is viewed through the portion of the front panel.
