According to one embodiment, a method of adjusting an aircraft pedal assembly includes providing a pedal linkage coupled between a pedal and an attachment assembly situated proximate to an aircraft instrument panel. A brake cylinder is provided coupled between the pedal and the attachment assembly. The pedal linkage is rotated in response to an adjustment input. The pedal linkage is maintained approximately parallel to the brake cylinder during rotation of the pedal linkage.

What is claimed is: 1. A rotorcraft, comprising: a body comprising a cockpit; a power train coupled to the body and comprising a power source and a drive shaft coupled to the power source; a rotor system coupled to the power train and comprising a plurality of rotor blades; an anti-torque system coupled to the power train and operable to at least partially counteract a torque effect of the rotor system; and a pedal assembly comprising: an attachment assembly rigidly mounted to an underside portion of an instrument panel in the cockpit, the attachment assembly providing first and second attachment positions that are fixed with respect to the cockpit; a left pedal comprising a pedal surface and providing first and second attachment positions; a right pedal comprising a pedal surface and providing first and second attachment positions; a left pedal linkage coupled between the first attachment position of the attachment assembly and the first attachment position of the left pedal, the left pedal linkage operable to suspend the left pedal over a floor of the cockpit and operable to rotate about the first attachment position of the attachment assembly; a right pedal linkage coupled between the first attachment position of the attachment assembly and the first attachment position of the right pedal, the right pedal linkage operable to suspend the right pedal over a floor of the cockpit and operable to rotate about the first attachment position of the attachment assembly; a left brake cylinder coupled between the second attachment position of the attachment assembly and the second attachment position of the left pedal; a right brake cylinder coupled between the second attachment position of the attachment assembly and the second attachment position of the right pedal; and a pedal adjustment assembly in mechanical communication with the left and right pedal linkages, the pedal adjustment assembly operable to rotate the left and right pedal linkages relative to the attachment assembly about the first attachment point of the attachment assembly in the same direction. 2. The rotorcraft of claim 1 , wherein: a distance between the first and second attachment positions of the attachment assembly is approximately equal to a distance between the first and second attachment positions of the left pedal. 3. The rotorcraft of claim 1 , wherein: the pedal adjustment assembly is operable to rotate the left pedal linkage from a first position to a second position; and a line connecting the first and second attachment positions of the left pedal when the left pedal linkage is in the first position is approximately parallel to a line connecting the first and second attachment positions of the left pedal when the left pedal linkage is in the second position. 4. The rotorcraft of claim 1 , wherein rotating the left pedal about the first attachment point changes an overall length of the left brake cylinder. 5. The rotorcraft of claim 1 , the pedal adjustment assembly comprising: a rocker arm rotatable about an axis of rotation; a left adjustment linkage coupled between the rocker arm and the left pedal linkage; a right adjustment linkage coupled between the rocker arm and the right pedal linkage; and an adjustment member coupled to the rocker arm and operable to move the axis of rotation without rotating the rocker arm. 6. The rotorcraft of claim 5 , wherein the adjustment member is configured to receive adjustment inputs from a pilot of the rotorcraft. 7. The rotorcraft of claim 5 , wherein rotation of the rocker arm causes the left adjustment linkage to move in a first direction and causes the right adjustment linkage to move in an opposing second direction. 8. The rotorcraft of claim 5 , further comprising: one or more linkages coupled between rocker arm and an integrated trim assembly; the integrated trim assembly comprising: a housing; a shaft at least partially disposed within the housing and in mechanical communication with the one or more linkages; a mechanical stop device disposed proximate to the housing and operable to at least partially prevent rotation of the shaft outside of an allowable range of motion; and a trim motor at least partially disposed within the housing and having an output component in mechanical communication with the shaft; a trim computer operable to send one or more trim signals to the trim motor instructing the trim motor to change a position of the output component; and a flight control computer operable to receive one or more measurements from the integrated trim assembly and instruct the rotor system to change an operating characteristic of the anti-torque system based on the received one or more measurements. 9. A pedal assembly comprising: an attachment assembly rigidly mounted in a cockpit of an aircraft, the attachment assembly providing first and second attachment positions that are fixed with respect to the cockpit; a left pedal comprising a pedal surface and providing first and second attachment positions; a right pedal comprising a pedal surface and providing first and second attachment positions; a left pedal linkage coupled between the first attachment position of the attachment assembly and the first attachment position of the left pedal, the left pedal linkage operable to rotate about the first attachment position of the attachment assembly; a right pedal linkage coupled between the first attachment position of the attachment assembly and the first attachment position of the right pedal, the right pedal linkage operable to rotate about the first attachment position of the attachment assembly; a left brake cylinder coupled between the second attachment position of the attachment assembly and the second attachment position of the left pedal; a right brake cylinder coupled between the second attachment position of the attachment assembly and the second attachment position of the right pedal; and a pedal adjustment assembly in mechanical communication with the left and right pedal linkages, the pedal adjustment assembly operable to rotate the left and right pedal linkages relative to the attachment assembly about the first attachment point of the attachment assembly in the same direction. 10. The pedal assembly of claim 9 , wherein: a distance between the first and second attachment positions of the attachment assembly is approximately equal to a distance between the first and second attachment positions of the left pedal. 11. The pedal assembly of claim 9 , wherein: the pedal adjustment assembly is operable to rotate the left pedal linkage from a first position to a second position; and a line connecting the first and second attachment positions of the left pedal when the left pedal linkage is in the first position is approximately parallel to a line connecting the first and second attachment positions of the left pedal when the left pedal linkage is in the second position. 12. The pedal assembly of claim 9 , wherein rotating the left pedal about the first attachment point changes an overall length of the left brake cylinder. 13. The pedal assembly of claim 9 , the pedal adjustment assembly comprising: a rocker arm rotatable about an axis of rotation; a left adjustment linkage coupled between the rocker arm and the left pedal linkage; a right adjustment linkage coupled between the rocker arm and the right pedal linkage; and an adjustment member coupled to the rocker arm and operable to move the axis of rotation without rotating the rocker arm. 14.
