The present invention provides a compound of Formula (I) or a salt thereof; and therapeutic uses of these compounds. The present invention further provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds, and compositions comprising these compounds with a therapeutic co-agent.

The invention claimed is: 1. A method of treating non-small cell lung cancer comprising administering to a subject in need of such treatment a therapeutically effective amount of 4-(3-amino-6-((1S,3S,4S)-3-fluoro-4-hydroxycyclohexyl)pyrazin-2-yl)-N—((S)-1-(3-bromo-5-fluorophenyl)-2-(methylamino)ethyl)-2-fluorobenzamide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 2. A method of treating ovarian cancer comprising administering to a subject in need of such treatment a therapeutically effective amount of 4-(3-amino-6-((1S,3S,4S)-3-fluoro-4-hydroxycyclohexyl)pyrazin-2-yl)-N—((S)-1-(3-bromo-5-fluorophenyl)-2-(methylamino)ethyl)-2-fluorobenzamide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 3. A method of treating melanoma comprising administering to a subject in need of such treatment a therapeutically effective amount of 4-(3-amino-6-((1S,3S,4S)-3-fluoro-4-hydroxycyclohexyl)pyrazin-2-yl)-N—((S)-1-(3-bromo-5-fluorophenyl)-2-(methylamino)ethyl)-2-fluorobenzamide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 4. A method of treating solid tumors comprising administering to a subject in need of such treatment a therapeutically effective amount of 4-(3-amino-6-((1S,3S,4S)-3-fluoro-4-hydroxycyclohexyl)pyrazin-2-yl)-N—((S)-1-(3-bromo-5-fluorophenyl)-2-(methylamino)ethyl)-2-fluorobenzamide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
