A lens assembly for biologic characteristic identification is provided in the present disclosure. The lens assembly includes a first lens with positive refractive power and a second lens with negative refractive power, arranged in sequence from the object side to the image side and satisfy conditions: −0.95≦f1/f2≦−0.68; 0.10≦d1/f≦0.20; 0.24≦d2/f≦0.50; −3.50≦(R1+R2)/(R1−R2)≦−1.80; f is the focal length of the lens assembly, f1 and f2 is the focal lengths of the first lens and the second lens, d1 and d2 is the central thickness of the first lens and the axial distance from the image side of the first lens to the object side of the second lens, R1 and R2 is the curvature radius of the object side and the image side of the first lens.

What is claimed is: 1. A lens assembly for biologic characteristic identification, comprising: a first lens with positive refractive power; and a second lens with negative refractive power; wherein the first lens and the second lens are arranged in sequence from the object side to the image side, and satisfy following conditions (1) to (4): −0.95≦ f 1/ f 2≦−0.68 (1) 0.10≦ d 1/ f≦ 0.20 (2) 0.24 ≦d 2 /f≦ 0.50 (3) −3.50≦( R 1+ R 2)/( R 1− R 2)≦−1.80 (4) wherein f is the focal length of the lens assembly, f1 is the focal length of the first lens, f2 is the focal length of the second lens, d1 is the central thickness of the first lens, d2 is the axial distance from the image side of the first lens to the object side of the second lens, R1 is the curvature radius of the object side of the first lens, and R2 is the curvature radius of the image side of the first lens. 2. The lens assembly for biologic characteristic identification as claimed in claim 1 , further satisfying the following condition (5): −1.50≦( R 3 +R 4)/( R 3 −R 4)≦−0.50 (5) wherein R3 is the curvature radius of the object side of the second lens, and R4 is the curvature radius of the image side of the second lens. 3. The lens assembly for biologic characteristic identification as claimed in claim 1 , further satisfying the following condition (6): 0.05≦ d 3/ f≦ 0.30 (6) wherein f is the focal length of a lens assembly, and d3 is the central thickness of the second lens L2.
