Devices, systems, and methods interface a cassette with an eye treatment system console to provide coupling between the console and an eye treatment probe. The console may receive the cassette using a driven axial translation linkage that inhibits rotation of the cassette. The cassette may facilitate accurately positioning of a pressure sensor relative to a the console by allowing sliding movement between the sensor and a cassette body. Multiple peristaltic drives may be mounted to the console so that their rotors rotate about a common axis. An integrated mount structure may support and/or position components of the console which will interface with cassette, and an axially compressible vacuum connector of the console seal to a tapered vacuum coupler of the cassette.

What is claimed is: 1. An eye treatment cassette, the cassette comprising: a cassette body having first positioning surfaces and second positioning surfaces; wherein the first positioning surfaces are slidingly received by a plurality of cassette receptacle surfaces as the cassette translates axially along a mounting axis, wherein the first positioning surfaces extend parallel to the mounting axis and position the cassette as an axial linkage of an eye treatment console moves the cassette along the mounting axis, wherein the second positioning surfaces extend orthogonal to the mounting axis and are engaged by the one or more of the plurality of cassette receptacle surfaces squeezing the second positioning surfaces in a direction orthogonal to the mounting axis, wherein the cassette body has a thickness along the mounting axis, a width along a longitudinal axis and a height along a latitudinal axis, whereby the mounting axis, longitudinal axis and latitudinal axis are orthogonal, wherein the cassette body further comprises: a front face parallel to a plane formed by the longitudinal axis and latitudinal axis, a back face parallel to the front face and separated along the mounting axis by the thickness of the cassette body, an interface surface integral to the back face, and a plurality of cassette interfaces distributed along the longitudinal axis and latitudinal axis of the back face of the cassette body, each cassette interface configured to axially engage a corresponding interface of the console when the cassette translates along the mounting axis toward the console, wherein the cassette interfaces comprising at least two of: an irrigation fluid valve interface; an aspiration fluid drive interface; an aspiration pump selection valve interface; an aspiration fluid pressure sensor interface: an aspiration fluid reservoir drain drive interface; a vent valve interface; an aspiration fluid reservoir drain vacuum interface; or an aspiration fluid reservoir drain indicator interface. 2. The eye treatment cassette of claim 1 , wherein the first positioning surfaces are distributed around a perimeter of the interface surface and protrude outwardly along the longitudinal axis or latitudinal axis. 3. An eye treatment cassette, the cassette comprising: a cassette body having a height extending along a latitudinal axis, a width extending along a longitudinal axis; first positioning surfaces that engage a plurality of receptacle surfaces of an eye treatment console and inhibit rotation of the cassette as the cassette translates along a mounting axis, wherein the mounting axis is orthogonal to the latitudinal axis and the longitudinal axis, wherein at least one of the first positioning surfaces extends orthogonal to the mounting axis and aligns the cassette with respect to the latitudinal axis and the longitudinal axis; second positioning surfaces that are engaged by the one or more of the plurality of receptacle surfaces squeezing the second positioning surfaces in a direction orthogonal to the mounting axis, four lateral positioning corner surfaces, each corner surface including a cylinder portion with a radius, each cylinder portion extending along the mounting axis; and a plurality of retention surfaces, each retention surfaces protruding laterally along the width of the cassette and oriented away from the console when the cassette is mounted thereon, wherein the retention surfaces are configured and dimensioned to couple with axial translation linkage of the eye treatment console when the cassette body is translated axially along the mounting axis. 4. The eye treatment cassette of claim 3 , wherein the at least one of the first positioning surfaces extend outwardly in a direction parallel to the height of the cassette. 5. The eye treatment cassette of claim 3 , wherein the at least one of the first positioning surfaces extend outwardly in a direction parallel to the width of the cassette.
