Bis(difluoromethyl)pyrazole derivatives of the formula (I) in which the symbols R 1 , X and G are each as defined in the description, and agrochemically active salts, metal complexes and N-oxides thereof, and use thereof for controlling phytopathogenic harmful fungi, and also processes for preparing compounds of the formula (I).

The invention claimed is: 1. A compound of formula (VIII) wherein W 1 is [3,5 bis(difluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl]acetyl, and R 1 is hydrogen or halogen. 2. The compound of claim 1 , wherein the R 1 is hydrogen. 3. The compound of claim 1 , wherein the R 1 is halogen. 4. A reaction product formed by reacting the following reactants and hydroxylamine, wherein W 1 is [3,5 bis(difluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl]acetyl, and R 1 is hydrogen or halogen. 5. The reaction product of claim 4 , wherein the R 1 is hydrogen. 6. The reaction product of claim 4 , wherein the R 1 is halogen.
