A lateral brake assembly of a seat locking mechanism comprises: a first lateral brake including a first track bar and a first housing; a second lateral brake including a second track bar and a second housing; a carriage tube operably connected to the first lateral brake and the second lateral brake; a plurality of first slots located in the first track bar; and a first lateral lock pin operably connected to the carriage tube. The first housing in operation moves over the first track bar and locks onto the first track bar. The second housing in operation moves over the second track bar and locks onto the second track bar. The carriage tube in operation moves the first lateral brake and the second lateral brake to at least one of a locked position and an unlocked position, when the carriage tube rotates.

What is claimed is: 1. A lateral brake assembly of a seat locking mechanism, the lateral brake comprising: a first lateral brake including a first track bar and a first housing, the first housing in operation moves over the first track bar and locks onto the first track bar; a second lateral brake including a second track bar and a second housing, the second housing in operation moves over the second track bar and locks onto the second track bar; a carriage tube operably connected to the first lateral brake and the second lateral brake, the carriage tube in operation moves the first lateral brake and the second lateral brake to at least one of a locked position and an unlocked position, when the carriage tube rotates; a plurality of first slots located in the first track bar; and a first lateral lock pin operably connected to the carriage tube, the first lateral lock pin in operation engages and disengages the first slots, wherein the carriage tube in operation moves the first lateral lock pin to at least one of a locked position and an unlocked position, when the carriage tube rotates. 2. The lateral brake assembly of claim 1 , further comprising: a plurality of second slots located in the second track bar; and a second lateral lock pin operably connected to the carriage tube, the second lateral lock pin in operation engages and disengages the second slots, wherein the carriage tube in operation moves the second lateral lock pin to at least one of a locked position and an unlocked position, when the carriage tube rotates. 3. A seat locking mechanism comprising: a control mechanism, the control mechanism in operation controls at least one of unlocking the seat locking mechanism when the control mechanism is activated and locking the seat locking mechanism when the control mechanism is deactivated; and a plurality of positional brake mechanisms operably connected to the control mechanism, the plurality of positional brake mechanisms include a lateral brake assembly, a longitudinal brake assembly, and a rotational brake assembly, the lateral brake assembly comprising: a first lateral brake including a first track bar and a first housing, the first housing in operation moves over the first track bar and locks onto the first track bar; a second lateral brake including a second track bar and a second housing, the second housing in operation moves over the second track bar and locks onto the second track bar; a carriage tube operably connected to the first lateral brake and the second lateral brake, the carriage tube in operation moves the first lateral brake and the second lateral brake to at least one of a locked position and an unlocked position, when the carriage tube rotates; a plurality of first slots located in the first track bar; and a first lateral lock pin operably connected to the carriage tube, the first lateral lock pin in operation engages and disengages the first slots, wherein the carriage tube in operation moves the first lateral lock pin to at least one of a locked position and an unlocked position, when the carriage tube rotates. 4. The seat locking mechanism of claim 3 , further comprising: a plurality of second slots located in the second track bar; and a second lateral lock pin operably connected to the carriage tube, the second lateral lock pin in operation engages and disengages the second slots, wherein the carriage tube in operation moves the second lateral lock pin to at least one of a locked position and an unlocked position, when the carriage tube rotates. 5. The seat locking mechanism of claim 3 , wherein: the control mechanism is an electric motor assembly operably connected to the carriage tube, the electric motor assembly in operation rotates the carriage tube to move the lateral brake assembly to at least one of the locked position and the unlocked position. 6. The seat locking mechanism of claim 3 , wherein: the control mechanism is an override bypass assembly operably connected to the carriage tube, the override bypass assembly in operation rotates the carriage tube to move the lateral brake assembly to at least one of the locked position and the unlocked position. 7. A method of assembling a seat locking mechanism comprising: installing a control mechanism onto a structural support of the seat locking mechanism, the control mechanism in operation controls at least one of unlocking the seat locking mechanism when the control mechanism is activated and locking the seat locking mechanism when the control mechanism is deactivated; installing a plurality of positional brake mechanisms onto the structural support; and operably connecting the control mechanism to each of the plurality of positional brake mechanisms, the plurality of positional brake mechanisms include a lateral brake assembly, a longitudinal brake assembly, and a rotational brake assembly, the lateral brake assembly comprising: a first lateral brake including a first track bar and a first housing, the first housing in operation moves over the first track bar and locks onto the first track bar; a second lateral brake including a second track bar and a second housing, the second housing in operation moves over the second track bar and locks onto the second track bar; a carriage tube operably connected to the first lateral brake and the second lateral brake, the carriage tube in operation moves the first lateral brake and the second lateral brake to at least one of a locked position and an unlocked position, when the carriage tube rotates; a plurality of first slots located in the first track bar; and a first lateral lock pin operably connected to the carriage tube, the first lateral lock pin in operation engages and disengages the first slots, wherein the carriage tube in operation moves the first lateral lock pin to at least one of a locked position and an unlocked position, when the carriage tube rotates. 8. The method of claim 7 , wherein the lateral brake assembly further comprises: a plurality of second slots located in the second track bar; and a second lateral lock pin operably connected to the carriage tube, the second lateral lock pin in operation engages and disengages the second slots, wherein the carriage tube in operation moves the second lateral lock pin to at least one of a locked position and an unlocked position, when the carriage tube rotates. 9. The method of claim 7 , wherein: the control mechanism is an electric motor assembly operably connected to the carriage tube, the electric motor assembly in operation rotates the carriage tube to move the lateral brake assembly to at least one of the locked position and the unlocked position. 10. The method of claim 7 , wherein: the control mechanism is an override bypass assembly operably connected to the carriage tube, the override bypass assembly in operation rotates the carriage tube to move the lateral brake assembly to at least one of the locked position and the unlocked position.
