What is claimed is: 1. A mobile fixture comprising: a moveable base configured to move on a surface; a post extending from said moveable base; a support member moveably connected to said post; a connector holder moveably connected to said support member, wherein said support member is configured to move said connector holder along a Z-axis relative to said post; a connector body connected to said connector holder, wherein said connector body is fixed relative to said connector holder; a first connector member connected to said connector body, wherein said first connector member is free to rotate about an X-axis relative to said connector body; and a second connector member connected to said first connector member and configured to be connected to a structure, wherein said second connector member is free to rotate about said Y-axis relative to said first connector member, and wherein: said support member and said connector holder are configured to control a position of said structure along said X-axis, said Y-axis and said Z-axis and an orientation of said structure about said X-axis, said Y-axis and said Z-axis, and rotation of said second connector member about said X-axis and said Y-axis relative to said first connector member maintains said orientation of said structure in response to an external force acting upon said second connector member by said structure created by a change in position of said post relative to said structure as said moveable base moves on said surface. 2. The mobile fixture of claim 1 further comprising a positioning system configured to position said connector holder along said X-axis, along said Y-axis, and about said Z-axis. 3. The mobile fixture of claim 2 wherein said positioning system is further configured to selectively restrain movement of said connector holder in at least one of along said X-axis, along said Y-axis and about said Z-axis. 4. The mobile fixture of claim 3 wherein said positioning system adjusts and selectively fixes a position of said structure along said X-axis and said Y-axis and adjusts and selectively fixes said orientation of said structure in at least one of along said X-axis, along said Y-axis and about said Z-axis. 5. The mobile fixture of claim 1 further comprising a movement system configured to position said support member along said Z-axis. 6. The mobile fixture of claim 5 wherein said movement system is further configured to selectively restrain movement of said support member along said Z-axis. 7. The mobile fixture of claim 6 wherein said movement system adjusts and selectively fixes said position said support member along said Z-axis. 8. The mobile fixture of claim 1 wherein said connector is removably connected to said connector holder. 9. The mobile fixture of claim 1 wherein said moveable base is motorized. 10. The mobile fixture of claim 1 wherein said moveable base comprises at least one of wheels and tracks. 11. The mobile fixture of claim 1 wherein said connector body comprises at least one pair of outwardly protruding posts, and wherein said connector holder comprises at least one pair of cradles configured to receive said posts. 12. The mobile fixture of claim 1 wherein said second connector member is configured to be connected an aperture formed in said structure. 13. The mobile fixture of claim 1 wherein said second connector member comprises a clamp configured to extend through said aperture and engage opposed surfaces of said structure. 14. The mobile fixture of claim 1 wherein said first connector member comprises a clevis configured to receive a portion of said connector body. 15. The mobile fixture of claim 1 wherein said mobile fixture is one of a plurality of mobile fixtures configured to hold and move said structure, and wherein rotation of said connector of said one of said plurality of mobile fixtures about said X-axis and said Y-axis relative to said structure maintains said orientation of said structure and prevents induced stresses upon said structure in response to at least one of a linear variation and an angular variation between said one of said plurality of mobile fixtures and another one of said plurality of mobile fixtures. 16. A mobile fixture comprising: a moveable base configured to move on a surface; a post extending from said moveable base; a support member moveably connected to said post; a movement system configured to position said support member along a Z-axis and selectively restrain movement of said support member about said Z-axis; a connector holder moveably connected to said support member; a positioning system configured to position said connector holder along an X-axis, along a Y-axis, and about said Z-axis and selectively restrain movement of said connector holder in at least one of along said X-axis, along said Y-axis and about said Z-axis; a connector body removably connected to said connector holder, wherein said connector body is fixed relative to said connector holder; and an attachment member connected to said connector body and configured to be releasably connected to a structure, wherein said attachment member is free to rotate about said X-axis and said Y-axis relative to said connector body, and wherein: said movement system adjusts and selectively fixes a position of said structure along said Z-axis, said positioning system adjusts and selectively fixes said position of said structure along said X-axis and along said Y-axis and adjusts and selectively fixes said orientation of said structure about said Z-axis, and free rotation of said attachment member about at least one of said X-axis and said Y-axis relative to said connecter body maintains said orientation of said structure in response to an external force acting upon said attachment member by said structure created by a change in position of said post relative to said structure as said moveable base moves on said surface. 17. The mobile fixture of claim 16 wherein said mobile fixture is one of a plurality of mobile fixtures configured to hold and move said structure, and wherein rotation of said connector body of said one of said plurality of mobile fixtures about said X-axis and said Y-axis relative to said structure is configured to maintain said orientation of said structure and prevent induced stresses upon said structure in response to at least one of a linear variation and an angular variation between said one of said plurality of mobile fixtures and another one of said plurality of mobile fixtures. 18. The mobile fixture of claim 16 wherein said attachment member comprises: a first connector member connected to said connector body, wherein said first connector member is free to rotate about said X-axis relative to said connector body; and a second connector member connected to said first connector member, wherein said second connector member is free to rotate about said Y-axis relative to said first connector member, and wherein rotation of said second connector member about at least one of said X-axis and said Y-axis relative to said first connector member maintains said orientation of said structure in response to an external force acting upon said second connector member by said structure created by a change in position of said post relative to said structure as said moveable base moves on said surface. 19. A system comprising: a plurality of mobile fixtures configured to hold and move a structure, wherein each of said plurality of mobile fixtures comprises: a moveable base configured to move on a surface;
