The invention claimed is: 1. A sunscreen composition having a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 20, wherein the composition comprises: a combination of zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, and butyloctyl salicylate sufficient to impart the SPF of at least 20 to the composition, wherein the composition does not include any additional physical or chemical UV absorption agents; cyclopentasiloxane; neopentyl glycol diheptanoate; butylene glycol; caprylyl methicone; PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxyethyl dimethicone; glycerin; polyglyceryl-6 polyricinoleate; lauric acid; aluminum hydroxide; potassium sorbate; and citric acid. 2. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition comprises 2% to 7% by weight of zinc oxide, 2% to 7% by weight of titanium dioxide, and 2% to 7% by weight of butyloctyl salicylate. 3. The composition of claim 2 , wherein the composition comprises 5% by weight of zinc oxide, 5% by weight of titanium dioxide, 5% by weight of butyloctyl salicylate, and 46% by weight of water. 4. The composition of claim 1 comprising: 1 to 10% by weight of zinc oxide; 1 to 10% by weight of titanium dioxide; 1 to 10% by weight of butyloctyl salicylate; 5 to 15% by weight of cyclopentasiloxane; 1 to 10% by weight of neopentyl glycol diheptanoate; 1 to 10% by weight of butylene glycol; 1 to 10% by weight of caprylyl methicone; 1 to 5% by weight of PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxyethyl dimethicone; 0.5 to 5% by weight of glycerin; 0.1 to 3% by weight of polyglyceryl-6 polyricinoleate; 0.1 to 3% by weight of lauric acid; 0.1 to 1% by weight of aluminum hydroxide; 0.1 to 1% by weight of potassium sorbate; and 0.1 to 1% by weight of citric acid. 5. The composition of claim 1 , further comprising water. 6. The composition of claim 5 , comprising 35 to 60% by weight of water. 7. The composition of claim 1 , further comprising: PEG-9 dimethicone; dimethicone/PEG10/15 crosspolymer; benzyl alcohol; cyclohexasiloxane; dimethicone; quaternium-90 bentonite; sodium chloride; hexylene glycol; PEG/PPG-18/18 dimethicone; dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer; salicylic acid; and methicone. 8. The composition of claim 7 , comprising: 0.1 to 3% by weight of PEG-9 dimethicone; 0.1 to 3% by weight of dimethicone/PEG10/15 crosspolymer; 0.1 to 3% by weight of benzyl alcohol; 0.1 to 3% by weight of cyclohexasiloxane; 0.1 to 3% by weight of dimethicone; 0.1 to 1.5% by weight of quaternium-90 bentonite; 0.1 to 1.5% by weight of sodium chloride; 0.01 to 1% by weight of hexylene glycol; 0.01 to 1% by weight of PEG/PPG-18/18 dimethicone; 0.01 to 1% by weight of dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer; 0.01 to 1% by weight of salicylic acid; and 0.01 to 1% by weight of methicone. 9.
