A method for a communication device to automatically respond to an incoming call is provided. The method includes defining a destination, calculating an average speed of the communication device based on a GPS unit of the communication device, determining whether the average speed is equal to or exceeds a predefined value, disconnecting the incoming call if the average speed is equal to or exceeds the predefined value, forming a predefined message based on the average speed, and transmitting the predefined message to a caller of the incoming call.

What is claimed is: 1. A method for an automatic response to an incoming call, executed by a communication device, comprising: defining a destination; calculating an average speed of the communication device based on a GPS unit of the communication device, wherein the calculating of the average speed is executed after a delay time from an earliest time when an incoming call is received, wherein the delay time is a time interval for excluding improper calls; determining whether the average speed is equal to or exceeds a predefined value; disconnecting the incoming call if the average speed is equal to or exceeds the predefined value; forming a predefined message based on the average speed; and transmitting the predefined message to a caller of the incoming call. 2. The method according to claim 1 , further comprising: determining a current position of the communication device based on the GPS unit of the communication device; and calculating a time required to reach the destination based on the average speed and a distance between the current position and the destination, wherein the predefined message is formed based on the time required to reach the destination. 3. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the distance between the current position and the destination is detected by the GPS unit. 4. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the distance between the current position and the destination is obtained by searching a remote database, the remote database stores a map based on the current position and the destination. 5. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the average speed is calculated based on acceleration of the communication device detected by a gravity sensor of the communication device. 6. A communication device, comprising: a GPS unit; a storage unit for storing instructions; and a processor for executing the instructions to cause the processor to: define a destination; calculate an average speed of the communication device based on the GPS unit wherein the processor calculates the average speed after a delay time from an earliest time when an incoming call is received, wherein the delay time is a time interval for excluding improper calls; determine whether the average speed is equal to or exceeds a predefined value; disconnect the incoming call if the average speed is equal to or exceeds the predefined value; form a predefined message based on the average speed; and transmit the predefined message to a caller of the incoming call. 7. The communication device according to claim 6 , wherein the instructions further control the processor to: determine a current position of the communication device based on the GPS unit; and calculate a time required to reach the destination based on the average speed and a distance between the current position and the destination, wherein the predefined message is formed based on the time required to reach the destination. 8. The communication device according to claim 7 , wherein the distance between the current position and the destination is detected by the GPS unit. 9. The communication device according to claim 7 , wherein the distance between the current position and the destination is obtained by searching a remote database, the remote database stores a map based on the current position and the destination. 10. The communication device according to claim 6 , further comprising a gravity sensor for detecting acceleration of the communication device, wherein the average speed is calculated based on the acceleration.
