We claim: 1. A method for providing a therapeutic benefit for a subject having Stargardt disease comprising administering to the subject a compound of Formula (F) or tautomer, stereoisomer, geometric isomer or a pharmaceutically acceptable solvate, hydrate, salt, or N-oxide thereof: wherein, Z is —C(R 9 )(R 10 )—C(R 1 )(R 2 )—; R 1 and R 2 are each independently selected from hydrogen, halogen, C 1 -C 5 unsubstituted alkyl, or —OR 6 ; or R1 and R2 together form an oxo; R 3 and R 4 are hydrogen; R 5 is C 5 -C 15 alkyl, or carbocyclyalkyl; R 9 and R 10 are each independently selected from hydrogen, halogen, C 1 -C 5 alkyl, or —OR 19 ; or R 9 and R 10 form an oxo; or optionally, R 9 and R 1 together form a direct bond to provide a double bond; or optionally, R 9 and R 1 together form a direct bond, and R 10 and R 2 together form a direct bond to provide a triple bond; R 11 and R 12 are each independently selected from hydrogen, or —C(═O)R 23 ; R 23 is C 1 -C 8 alkyl; R 6 , R 19 and R 34 are each independently hydrogen or CH 3 ; each R 33 is independently selected from halogen, OR 34 , or C 1 -C 5 alkyl; and n is 0, 1,, or 2. 2. A method for providing a therapeutic benefit for a subject having Stargardt disease comprising administering to the subject a compound selected from the group consisting of: or a tautomer, stereoisomer, or a pharmaceutically acceptable solvate, hydrate, salt, or N-oxide thereof. 3. The method of claim 2 , wherein the compound is selected from the group consisting of: or a tautomer, stereoisomer, or a pharmaceutically acceptable solvate, hydrate, salt, or N-oxide thereof. 4. A method for providing a therapeutic benefit for a subject having Stargardt disease comprising administering to the subject a compound, or a stereoisomer, or a pharmaceutically acceptable solvate, hydrate, salt, or N-oxide thereof, having the structure: 5. A method for providing a therapeutic benefit for a subject having Stargardt disease comprising administering to the subject a pharmaceutical composition comprising (R)-3-amino-1-(3-(cyclohexylmethoxy)phenyl)propan-1-ol, or a stereoisomer, pharmaceutically acceptable solvate, hydrate, salt, or N-oxide thereof. 6. A method for providing a therapeutic benefit for a subject having Stargardt disease comprising administering to the subject a pharmaceutical composition comprising (R)-3-amino-1-(3-(cyclohexylmethoxy)phenyl)propan-1-ol hydrochloride, or a pharmaceutically acceptable solvate or hydrate thereof.
