Mixed allergen compositions of two or more different allergens are provided. In some instances, the mixed allergen compositions include: a nut allergen; an animal allergen; and at least one of: a non-nut plant allergen; a biotic agent; and a vitamin. Also provided are methods of administering the mixed allergen compositions to a subject. The mixed allergen compositions find use in a variety of applications, including health maintenance, immune balance, gut balance, immune support, health improvement and therapeutic applications.

What is claimed is: 1. A mixed allergen composition comprising equal parts by protein mass of: at least one nut flour, wherein each nut flour is selected from the group consisting of peanut flour, almond flour, walnut flour, cashew flour, hazelnut flour, pecan flour and pistachio flour; at least one fish powder, wherein each fish powder is selected from the group consisting of cod powder and salmon powder; wheat; and powdered hen's egg. 2. The mixed allergen composition of claim 1 , further comprising at least one additional component each selected from the group consisting of oat flour, sesame seed flour, and shrimp flour. 3. The mixed allergen composition of claim 1 , further comprising soy. 4. The mixed allergen composition of claim 2 , further comprising soy. 5. The mixed allergen composition of claim 1 , further comprising vitamin D. 6. The mixed allergen composition of claim 4 , further comprising vitamin D. 7. A food product comprising the mixed allergen composition of claim 2 . 8. A mixed allergen composition comprising equal parts by protein mass of: walnut, hazelnut, shrimp, salmon, hen's egg, cow's milk, peanut, cashew, almond, and wheat. 9. A unit composition comprising a mixed allergen composition comprising 6 to 20 different flours or powders, and wherein: at least one flour is selected from the group consisting of walnut, hazelnut, peanut, cashew, almond, pistachio, and pecan; at least one animal powder is selected from the group consisting of shrimp, salmon, egg, and milk; and at least one non-nut plant flour is selected from the group consisting of wheat, sesame, and oat, wherein the unit composition comprises equal parts by protein weight of each flour or powder. 10. The unit composition of claim 9 , wherein the unit composition comprises 30 mg by protein weight of each flour or powder present. 11. The unit composition of claim 9 , further comprising 400 IU of vitamin D. 12. A mixed allergen composition comprising: 30 mg by protein weight shrimp powder; 30 mg by protein weight almond powder; 30 mg by protein weight wheat; 30 mg by protein weight cod powder; 30 mg by protein weight powdered hen's egg; 400 IU Vitamin D; and vegetable oil.
