What is claimed is: 1. A hard surface cleaning composition comprising: a) from about 1% to about 60% by weight of the composition of a surfactant system, wherein said surfactant system comprises an alkyl ethoxy sulfate and amphoteric/zwitterionic system wherein the amphoteric surfactant to zwitterionic surfactant weight ratio is from about 2:1 to about 1:2; and wherein said amphoteric surfactant comprises an alkyl dimethyl amine oxide; b) from about 0.1% to about 10% by weight of the composition of a cleaning amine of Formula(I): wherein R2 is NH2, one of R1, R3, R4 and R5 is CH3, and the remaining R groups are H, and n is 1. 2. A composition according to claim 1 further comprising an anionic surfactant selected from the group consisting of alkyl sulfate, alkyl benzene sulfonate, paraffin sulfonate and mixtures thereof. 3. A composition according to claim 1 further comprising an alkyl sulfate. 4. A composition according to claim 1 wherein the composition further comprises a non-ionic surfactant. 5. A composition according to claim 1 wherein the composition further comprises an aminocarboxylate chelant. 6. A method of manually washing dishware comprising the step of applying a composition according to claim 1 directly onto the dishware or onto a cleaning implement and using the cleaning implement to clean the dishware. 7. A method according to claim 6 , wherein greasy soils are removed from said dishware. 8. A hard surface cleaning composition comprising: a) from about 1% to about 60% by weight of the composition of a surfactant system, wherein said surfactant system comprises an alkyl ethoxylated sulfate surfactant, an alkyl ethoxylated nonionic surfactant and an amphoteric/zwitterionic system wherein the amphoteric surfactant to zwitterionic surfactant weight ratio is from about 2:1 to about 1:2; and wherein said amphoteric surfactant comprises an alkyl dimethyl amine oxide; b) from about 0.1% to about 10% by weight of the composition of a cleaning amine of Formula(I): wherein R2 is NH2, one the of R1, R3, R4 and R5 is CH3 and the remaining R groups are H, and n is 1; c) magnesium salt; and d) an aminocarboxylate chelant. 9. A composition according to claim 1 wherein the composition further comprises a magnesium salt.
