What is claimed is: 1. A wearable device, comprising: a frame; a wearable device structure with a first and a second end; a fastening element that couples the first end to the second end; and an electronic device coupled to the wearable device structure, the electronic device coupled to the wearable device structure, including one or more haptic device sensors that accepts input from the user based on haptic motion, the electronic device including a payment activity manager configured to receive from a user payment configuration parameters for each of a designated third party to receive payments, the payment activity manager including a designated third party payment data base that includes designated third party settings with third party IP addresses, payment sources for each of a designated third party, and method of payment, the payment activity manager performing a comparison for each of a designated third party to receive a payment and perform a security check on that designated third party, the payment activity manager performing an authentication of a designated third party for a payment and a tracking of payments for each of a payment transaction to the one or more designated third parties including an initiation of a payment and a conclusion of a payment from the user, the payment activity manager associating one or more transaction contexts of a designated third party payment prior to payment, the electronic component including a stock activity manager associating one or more stocks of a public company, the stock activity manager configured to monitor activity of a selected stock, accept stock settings made by the user or requested by a designated party, the stock activity manager configured to manage a user instruction to buy or sell one or more stocks, and also calendar one or more notifications to the user to review one or more stocks performance, and to execute the purchase or sale of one or more stocks designated by the user. 2. The device of claim 1 , wherein the frame is at least partially made of a thermoplastic. 3. The wearable device of claim 1 , wherein the frame holds at least a portion of electronic circuitry. 4. The device of claim 1 , wherein the frame provides protection for at least one of, a sensor, electronic circuitry and magnet, from torsional and mechanical forces imparted to the wearable device. 5. The device of claim 4 , wherein the protection from mechanical forces by the frame is in an amount that does not exceed: pull force: 0.5 to 100 kgf, (stretching of the wearable device 10 ); bend force: 0.5 to 100 kgf (bending of the wearable device 10 ); and shear force: 0.5 to 100 kgf (shearing of the wearable device 10 ). 6. The device of claim 4 , wherein the protection from torsional forces by the frame is an amount of a torsional strength in the range of 0.25 to 50 Ncm (twisting of the wearable device). 7. The device of claim 1 , wherein the frame includes a living hinge. 8. The device of claim 7 , wherein the living hinge provides for flexure and hinging by the living hinge itself without additional elements. 9. The device of claim 1 , further comprising: one or more batteries coupled to the electronic circuitry. 10. The device of claim 1 , wherein the wearable device structure is at least partially made of silicone rubber. 11. The device of claim 10 , wherein the silicone rubber has a specific gravity of 1 to 1.5. 12. The device of claim 10 , further comprising: at one least one coating applied to at least a portion of the silicone rubber. 13. The device of claim 12 , wherein the coating is an anti-microbial coating. 14. The device of claim 1 , wherein the silicone rubber has a hardness, type A of 20-80. 15. The device of claim 1 , wherein the at least a portion of the sensors are configured to be in communication with a telemetry system. 16. The device of claim 1 , wherein at least one of the sensors acquires user information selected from of at least one of, a user's activities, behaviors and habit information, and user monitoring. 17. The device of claim 1 , wherein the wearable device includes an application for monitoring exercise activity of a user. 18. The device of claim 1 , further comprising: a pathway system to route signals through circuitry of the wearable device. 19. The device of claim 1 , wherein the wearable device is a wristband. 20. The device of claim 1 , wherein the wearable device structure includes one or more undercuts that enable magnets to be retained by the wearable device structure.
