What is claimed is: 1. An organic light-emitting device, comprising: a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; and an organic layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, the organic layer including an emission layer, wherein the organic layer includes at least one organometallic compound represented by Formula 1, below, and at least one condensed cyclic compound represented by Formula 40, below: M(L 1 ) n1 (L 2 ) n2 <Formula 1> wherein, in Formula 1, M is iridium (Ir), L 1 is selected from a monovalent organic ligand, a divalent organic ligand, trivalent organic ligand, and a tetravalent organic ligand, L 2 is selected from ligands represented by Formula 2, and different from L 1 ; n1 is 0, 1, 2, or 4; n2 is 1, 2, or 3; when n1 is 2 or more, two or more L 1 are identical or different, and when n2 is 2 or more, two or more L 2 are identical to different, wherein, in Formula 2 and Formula 40, X 1 is N or C(R 1 ), X 2 is N or C(R 2 ), X 3 is N or C(R 3 ), and X 4 is N or C(R 4 ); X 41 is N or C(R 41 ), X 42 is N or C(R 42 ), X 43 is N or C(R 43 ), and X 44 is N or C(R 44 ), wherein at least one of X 41 to X 44 is N; Ar 41 is selected from a substituted or unsubstituted C 3 -C 10 cycloalkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 10 heterocycloalkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 3 -C 10 cycloalkenylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 10 heterocycloalkenylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 6 -C 60 arylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 60 heteroarylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted divalent non-aromatic condensed polycyclic group, and a substituted or unsubstituted divalent non-aromatic condensed heteropolycyclic group;
