An illumination device having a first light source package including a first electrode lead and a second electrode lead, the first and second electrode leads projecting from a side of the first light source package; a second light source package including a first electrode lead and a second electrode lead, the first and second electrode leads projecting from a side of the second light source package; and a light guide member adjacent to the first and second light source packages, The light guide member includes a light guide panel, and a circuit pattern disposed on a surface of the light guide panel, the circuit pattern including first electrode pads connected to the first electrode leads and second electrode pads connected to the second electrode leads.

What is claimed is: 1. An illumination device, comprising: a first light source package comprising a first electrode lead and a second electrode lead, the first and second electrode leads projecting from a side of the first light source package; a second light source package comprising a first electrode lead and a second electrode lead, the first and second electrode leads projecting from a side of the second light source package; a light guide member adjacent to the first and second light source packages, wherein the light guide member comprises: a light guide panel; and a circuit pattern disposed on a surface of the light guide panel, the circuit pattern comprising first electrode pads connected to the first electrode leads and second electrode pads connected to the second electrode leads; and first conductive layers respectively disposed between the first electrode leads and the first electrode pads; and second conductive layers respectively disposed between the second electrode leads and the second electrode pads. 2. The illumination device of claim 1 , wherein the first and second conductive layers comprise at least one of solder layers and anisotropic conductive film layers. 3. The illumination device of claim 1 , wherein: the first electrode pads are anode power supply pads; and the second electrode pads are cathode power supply pads. 4. The illumination device of claim 1 , wherein: the first and second light source packages respectively comprises a light source electrically connected to the first electrode lead and the second electrode lead, the light source being configured to radiate light towards the light guide panel; and the circuit pattern comprises driving wiring portions selectively connected to at least one of a first electrode pad of the first electrode pads, a second electrode pad of the second electrode pads, and both first and second electrode pads of the first and second electrode pads, the circuit pattern being configured to supply, via the driving wiring, driving power to the light sources of the first and second light source packages. 5. The illumination device of claim 1 , wherein the light guide panel comprises a glass substrate. 6. The illumination device of claim 1 , wherein: the light guide member further comprises a pattern of projections disposed on a second surface of the light guide panel, the second surface opposing the first surface. 7. The illumination device of claim 6 , wherein gaps between adjacent projections decrease with increasing distance from the first and second light source packages. 8. An illumination device, comprising: a first light source package comprising a first electrode lead and a second electrode lead, the first and second electrode leads projecting from a side of the first light source package; a second light source package comprising a first electrode lead and a second electrode lead, the first and second electrode leads projecting from a side of the second light source package; and a light guide member adjacent to the first and second light source packages, wherein the light guide member comprises: a light guide panel; a circuit pattern disposed on a surface of the light guide panel, the circuit pattern comprising first electrode pads connected to the first electrode leads and second electrode pads connected to the second electrode leads; and a reflective layer disposed on the surface of the light guide panel, the reflective layer being adjacent to the circuit pattern. 9. The illumination device of claim 8 , wherein the circuit pattern and the reflective layer comprise a same metal material or different metallic materials. 10. The illumination device of claim 8 , wherein the reflective layer comprises stack of reflective layers disposed on the surface of the light guide panel. 11. A display device, comprising: a display panel; a first light source package comprising a first electrode lead and a second electrode lead, the first and second electrode leads projecting from a side of the first light source package; a second light source package comprising a first electrode lead and a second electrode lead, the first and second electrode leads projecting from a side of the second light source package; and a light guide member adjacent to the first and second light source packages, wherein the light guide member comprises: a light guide panel comprising a first surface opposing a second surface, and a circuit pattern disposed on the first surface of the light guide panel, the circuit pattern comprising first electrode pads connected to the first electrode leads and second electrode pads connected to the second electrode leads, and wherein the display device further comprises: an optically-clear, adhesive film disposed between a first surface of the display panel and the second surface of the light guide panel, the optically-clear, adhesive film being arranged along an edge region of the first surface of the display panel; and fixing tape covering an edge region of a second surface of the display panel to an edge region of the first surface of the light guide panel, the second surface of the display panel opposing the first surface of the display panel. 12. The display device of claim 11 , further comprising: first conductive layers respectively disposed between the first electrode leads and the first electrode pads; and second conductive layers respectively disposed between the second electrode leads and the second electrode pads. 13. The display device of claim 12 , wherein the first and second conductive layers comprise at least one of solder layers and anisotropic conductive film layers. 14. The display device of claim 11 , wherein: the first electrode pads are anode power supply pads; and the second electrode pads are cathode power supply pads. 15. The display device of claim 11 , wherein: the first and second light source packages comprise a light source electrically connected to the first electrode lead and the second electrode lead, the light source being configured to radiate light towards the light guide panel; and the circuit pattern comprises driving wiring portions selectively connected to at least one of a first electrode pad of the first electrode pads, a second electrode pad of the second electrode pads, and both first and second electrode pads of the first and second electrode pads, the circuit pattern being configured to supply, via the driving wiring, driving power to the light sources of the first and second light source packages. 16. The display device of claim 11 , wherein the light guide panel comprises a glass substrate. 17. The display device of claim 11 , wherein the light guide member further comprises a reflective layer disposed on the first surface of the light guide panel, the reflective layer being adjacent to the circuit pattern. 18. The display device of claim 11 , wherein the light guide member further comprises a pattern of projections disposed on the second surface of the light guide panel. 19. The display device of claim 11 , further comprising: an optical sheet disposed in a space defined by the optically-clear, adhesive film and the second surface of the light guide panel.
