A bicycle control device includes a housing member, a shift-operating mechanism, a hydraulic fluid pressure generator and a control lever member. The housing member has an attachment part for attachment to a handlebar, and a grip part extending longitudinally between first and second ends of the grip part. The shift-operating mechanism is coupled to a shifting device by a control cable. The hydraulic fluid pressure generator has a cylinder, a piston movably disposed within the cylinder to generate fluid pressure for controlling a braking device, and a rod part coupled to the piston. The control lever member has a cam member arranged to actuate the rod part, and a first operating lever coupled to the cam member. The first operating lever is pivotal around a first axis relative to the housing member and actuates the cam member by pivoting around the first axis.

What is claimed is: 1. A bicycle control device comprising: a housing member having an attachment part configured to be attached to a handlebar, and a grip part extending longitudinally between a first end of the grip part and a second end of the grip part, the attachment part being provided on the first end of the grip part; a bicycle shift-operating mechanism provided in the housing member, the bicycle shift-operating mechanism configured to be coupled to a shifting device by a control cable; a hydraulic fluid pressure generator having a cylinder, a piston movably disposed within the cylinder to generate fluid pressure for controlling a braking device, and a rod part coupled to the piston, the cylinder being disposed within the grip part at a position closer to the second end of the grip part than is the bicycle shift-operating mechanism to the second end of the grip part; and a control lever member having a cam member arranged to actuate the rod part, and a first operating lever coupled to the cam member, the first operating lever being pivotal around a first axis relative to the housing member and actuating the cam member by pivoting around the first axis, the cam member being arranged between the first operating lever and the shift-operating mechanism in a longitudinal direction of the housing member. 2. The bicycle control device according to claim 1 , wherein the first end of the rod part is coupled to the piston and the second end of the rod part is depressed by the cam member. 3. The bicycle control device according to claim 2 , wherein the first end of the rod part is coupled to the piston to pivot around an axis parallel to the first axis. 4. The bicycle control device according to claim 2 , further comprising a roller provided on the second end of the rod part to rotate relative to the rod part. 5. The bicycle control device according to claim 4 , wherein the roller part rolls relative to the cam member in tandem upon pivoting of the first operating lever around the first axis. 6. The bicycle control device according to claim 1 , wherein the hydraulic pressure-generator is provided on the second end of the grip part, the grip part having a guide groove for guiding the second end of the rod part closer to the cylinder axis upon the rod part being depressed by the cam member. 7. The bicycle control device according to claim 1 , wherein the first operating lever of the control lever member pivots relative to the housing member to actuate the bicycle shift-operating mechanism by pivoting around a second axis, which is different from the first axis. 8. The bicycle control device according to claim 1 , wherein the control lever member includes the first operating lever and a second operating lever. 9. The bicycle control device according to claim 8 , wherein the first operating lever includes a support member and a braking lever coupled to the support member so as to be pivotal around a second axis. 10. The bicycle control device according to claim 1 , wherein the cylinder is formed integrally with a main grip body of the grip part.
