An electronic device having a novel structure is provided. A battery is provided in each component of an electronic device, whereby the electronic device includes two batteries. The electronic device including the two batteries and a display portion that can be called a flexible display and has a plurality of foldable portions is provided as a novel device.

The invention claimed is: 1. An electronic device comprising: a central processing unit; a display portion; a touch input portion; and a power management circuit, wherein the display portion is bendable and includes a first region, a second region, and a third region, wherein the first region overlaps with the central processing unit, wherein the second region overlaps with a first battery in a state where the display portion is unfolded, wherein the third region overlaps with a second battery in the state where the display portion is unfolded, and wherein the first battery has a region not overlapping with the second battery in a state where the display portion is folded. 2. The electronic device according to claim 1 , wherein the touch input portion includes a transistor including an oxide semiconductor layer. 3. The electronic device according to claim 1 , wherein the central processing unit is electrically connected to the first battery and the display portion is electrically connected to the second battery. 4. The electronic device according to claim 1 , wherein the power management circuit has a function of wirelessly transmitting power of the first battery to the second battery. 5. The electronic device according to claim 1 , wherein a first bendable portion is provided between the first region and the second region and a second bendable portion is provided between the second region and the third region. 6. An electronic device comprising: a central processing unit; a display portion; a touch input portion; and a power management circuit, wherein the display portion is bendable and includes a first region, a second region, and a third region, wherein the first region overlaps with the central processing unit, wherein the second region overlaps with a first battery in a state where the display portion is unfolded, wherein the third region overlaps with a second battery in the state where the display portion is unfolded, and wherein the first battery overlaps with the second battery in a state where the display portion is folded. 7. The electronic device according to claim 6 , wherein the touch input portion includes a transistor including an oxide semiconductor layer. 8. The electronic device according to claim 6 , wherein the central processing unit is electrically connected to the first battery and the display portion is electrically connected to the second battery. 9. The electronic device according to claim 6 , wherein the power management circuit has a function of wirelessly transmitting power of the first battery to the second battery. 10. The electronic device according to claim 6 , wherein a first bendable portion is provided between the first region and the second region and a second bendable portion is provided between the second region and the third region. 11. An electronic device comprising: a central processing unit including a first battery, a first receiving portion, and a first transmitting portion; a display portion including a second battery, a second receiving portion, and a second transmitting portion; a touch input portion; and a power management circuit, wherein the first receiving portion has a function of wirelessly charging the first battery, wherein the second receiving portion has a function of wirelessly charging the second battery, wherein the touch input portion is electrically connected to the second battery, and wherein the power management circuit has a function of wirelessly transmitting power of the first battery to the second battery. 12. The electronic device according to claim 11 , wherein the first battery is electrically connected to the first receiving portion through a first regulator. 13. The electronic device according to claim 11 , wherein the second battery is electrically connected to the second receiving portion through a second regulator. 14. The electronic device according to claim 11 , wherein the display portion overlaps with the first battery and the second battery. 15. The electronic device according to claim 11 , wherein the display portion includes a plurality of bendable portions. 16. The electronic device according to claim 11 , wherein the touch input portion includes a transistor including an oxide semiconductor layer.
