What is claimed is: 1. A wire harness comprising: a plurality of circuits; and a tube body shaped exterior member which accommodates the plurality of circuits, wherein: an outermost circuit of the plurality of circuits includes a metallic tube body and an insulator provided in an outer peripheral side of the metallic tube body, and the metallic tube body disposed in the exterior member, the metallic tube body being expandable from a non-expanded state to an expanded state, wherein an outer surface of the insulator comes into contact with an inner surface of the exterior member when the metallic tube body is in the expanded state, and wherein the outer surface of the insulator does not come into contact with the inner surface of the exterior member when the metallic tube body is in the non-expanded state. 2. The wire harness according to claim 1 , wherein a circuit inside the outermost circuit includes the metallic tube body in the expanded state and an insulator provided in an outer peripheral side of the metallic tube body. 3. The wire harness according to claim 1 , wherein a hollow part formed in the metallic tube body is used as a circuit accommodating space. 4. The wire harness according to claim 3 , wherein a remaining circuit is arranged coaxially with the metallic tube body in the circuit accommodating space. 5. The wire harness according to claim 4 , wherein an electric wire, a cable or a shielded electric wire as the remaining circuit is inserted into the circuit accommodating space. 6. The wire harness according to claim 1 , wherein the circuit including the metallic tube body is a high-voltage circuit. 7. The wire harness according to claim 1 , wherein the metallic tube body and the insulator are formed with portions extending from an end of the exterior member, wherein an end of the metallic tube body is exposed to form an electrically connecting part in the end. 8. The wire harness according to claim 1 , wherein the exterior member is made of metal. 9. The wire harness according to claim 1 , wherein the exterior member is made of resin.
