A system selects a user profile based on biometric information. A wearable device is provided with one or more sensors that detect or measure user biometric information selected from of at least one of, a user's activities, behaviors and habit information, and a user's health. The wearable device includes circuitry that provides at least identification of the wearable device, a communication system, and a pathway system. A telemetry system is in communication with the wearable device. The telemetry system includes a database of user profiles. The telemetry system uses one or more processors to compare received biometric information from the wearable device, perform a comparison, and determine a user profile stored in a database. The telemetry system selects records of user biometric data of one or more users.

What is claimed is: 1. A system for selecting a user profile based on sleep information and sleep behavior information, comprising: a monitoring device that includes a microphone, a transmitter and sensors to record air quality, sound level/quality, light quality and ambient temperature near a user, the transmitter serving as a communication system; an accelerometer or other motion detection apparatus configured to record movement information of the user, the accelerometer or other motion detection apparatus, at least a portion of the sensors, and the monitoring device configured to assist in determining sleep information and sleep behavior information of the user, the microphone configured to record movement sounds of the user, wherein the recording of the microphone and/or at least a portion of the sensors are configured to be disabled based upon the movement information; a telemetry system including a processor and a database configured to receive the movement information from the accelerator or other motion detection apparatus, and the sleep information and the sleep behavior information of the user from the monitoring device; and the telemetry system configured to select a user profile based on a comparison of the sleep information and sleep behavior information of the user with records of sleep information and sleep behavior information in the database, the telemetry system further configured to at least partially analyze the movement information of the user to calculate or derive a sleep onset and a wake time, sleep interruptions, a quality and depth of sleep, and to create evaluated knowledge distinguishing sleep and sleep related information from non-sleep and non-sleep related information. 2. The system of claim 1 , wherein in response to the received sleep information and sleep behavior information of the user the database is modified. 3. The system of claim 1 , wherein the telemetry system determines a statistical closeness of the received sleep information and sleep behavior information of the user with the records of sleep information and sleep behavior information in the database. 4. The system of claim 1 , wherein the telemetry system provides an affirmative response when the received sleep information and sleep behavior information of the user is within a selected range in comparison to values stored in the database. 5. The system of claim 1 , wherein the database is a secure database.
