Disclosed are a system and a method for implementing an XDM forward function described in [XDM2_RD] and [XDM2 AD]. The method includes the steps of: transmitting, by the XDM forward requesting user a forward request message for forwarding a desired XML document to the XDMS; receiving, by the XDMS the forward request message, determining if the XDM forward requesting user has been granted a forward authority for a forward-requested target XML document forwarding the requested XML document to the XDM forward receiving user when the XDM forward requesting user has been granted an authority to forward the target XML document, performing receiver authorization for determining if an XDM forward receiving user can accept the forwarded XML document, and confirming that the XDM forward receiving user owns the forwarded XML document and storing the possessed XML document in a user directory when the receiver authorization has been successfully performed.

The invention claimed is: 1. A server for managing and forwarding an eXtensible Markup Language (XML) document, the server comprising: a memory; and a processor configured to: receive a forward request message, from a first client, that requests forwarding of a target XML document; perform receiver authorization for determining whether each of a second client and a third client accepts forwarding of the target XML document, wherein the forward request message indicates that the target XML document is to be forwarded to each of the second client and the third client; and forward the target XML document by storing the target XML document in each of directories of the second client and the third client when each of the second client and the third client accepts the forwarding of the target XML document, wherein the processor is further configured to perform the receiver authorization by performing each of proactive authorization and reactive authorization, wherein, when performing the proactive authorization, the processor is configured to determine whether the third client accepts forwarding of the target XML document, without directly inquiring of the third client, according to an access rule which has been defined by the third client and has been stored in the server, and wherein, when performing the reactive authorization, the processor is configured to inquire of the second client, and receive, from the second client, a response associated with whether the second client accepts the forwarding of the target XML document. 2. The server of claim 1 , wherein the processor is further configured to determine whether the first client has been granted an authority to modify the target XML document when the forward request message contains a request to modify the target XML document, modify the target XML document when the first client has been granted the authority to modify the target XML document, and store a modified target XML document in each of the directories of the second client and the third client. 3. The server of claim 1 , wherein, when the forward request message comprises a filter rule, the processor is configured to determine whether the first client has been granted an authority to modify the target XML document, apply the filter rule to the target XML document when the first client has been granted the authority to modify the target XML document, and store a part of the target XML document corresponding the filter rule in each of the directories of the second client and the third client. 4. The server of claim 1 , wherein the processor is further configured to transmit a forward execution result to the first client. 5. The server of claim 1 , wherein the forward request message comprises storage location information corresponding to the target XML document, and the processor is further configured to retrieve the target XML document based on the storage location information. 6. The server of claim 5 , wherein the storage location information is an XML Configuration Access Protocol (XCAP) Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) corresponding to the target XML document. 7. The server of claim 1 , wherein the processor is further configured to determine whether the first client has been granted an authority to forward the target XML document. 8. A method for forwarding an eXtensible Markup Language (XML) document in a server for managing XML documents, the method comprising the steps of: receiving a forward request message, from a first client, that requests forwarding of a target XML document; performing receiver authorization for determining whether each of a second client and a third client accepts forwarding of the target XML document, wherein the forward request message indicates that the target XML document is to be forwarded to each of the second client and the third client; and forwarding the target XML document by storing the target XML document in each of directories of the second client and the third client, when each of the second client and the third client accepts the forwarding of target XML document, wherein the receiver authorization is performed by performing each of proactive authorization and reactive authorization, wherein performing the proactive authorization includes determining whether the third client accepts forwarding of the target XML document, without directly inquiring of the third client, according to an access rule which has been defined by the third client and has been stored in the server, and wherein performing the reactive authorization includes inquiring of the second client, and receiving, from the second client, a response associated with whether the second client accepts the forwarding of the target XML document. 9. The method of claim 8 , further comprising the steps of: determining whether the first client has been granted an authority to modify the target XML document, when the forward request message comprises a request to modify the target XML document; modifying the target XML document, when the first client has been granted the authority to modify the target XML document; and storing a modified target XML document in each of the directories of the second client and the third client. 10. The method of claim 8 , further comprising the steps of determining whether the first client has been granted an authority to modify the target XML document, when the forward request message includes a filter rule for forwarding a part of the target XML document; applying the filter rule to the target XML document, when the first client has been granted the authority to modify the target XML document; and storing the part of the target XML document corresponding the filter rule in each of the directories of the second client and the third client. 11. The method of claim 8 , wherein the forward request message comprises storage location information corresponding to the target XML document, and the method further comprises retrieving the target XML document based on the storage location information. 12. The method of claim 11 , wherein the storage location information is an XML Configuration Access Protocol (XCAP) Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) corresponding to the target XML document. 13. The method of claim 8 , wherein the method further comprises determining whether the first client has been granted an authority to forward the target XML document. 14. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium with instructions stored therein which, upon execution, cause at least one processor to: receive a forward request message, from a first client, that requests forwarding of a target XML document; perform receiver authorization for determining whether each of a second client and a third client accepts forwarding of the target XML document, wherein the forward request message indicates that the target XML document is to be forwarded to each of the second client and the third client; and forward the target XML document by storing the target XML document in each of directories of the second client and the third client when each of the second client and the third client accepts the forwarding of target XML document, wherein the instructions further cause the at least one processor to perform the receiver authorization by performing each of proactive authorization and reactive authorization, wherein, when performing the proactive authorization, the at least one processor is configured to determine whether the third client accepts the forwarding of the target XML document, without directly inquiring of the third client, according to an access rule which has been defined by the third clie
