A feed system for an injection molding method and machine includes a first part including a first channel, and a second part including a second channel, the first channel and the second channel forming a molten plastic feed conduit when the first part is located adjacent to the second part. A joint is formed between the first part and the second part along the first channel and the second channel and the joint is one of a sintered joint, a welded joint, and a brazed joint.

What is claimed is: 1. An injection mold system including a multi-part feed system, the multi-part feed system comprising: a first part including a first feed channel; and a second part including a second feed channel, the first feed channel and the second feed channel forming a molten plastic feed conduit when the first part is located adjacent the second part, wherein a metal-connecting brazed joint is formed between the first part and second part and between the first feed channel and the second feed channel, the metal-connecting brazed joint extends from the molten plastic feed conduit a distance greater than 2 microns but less than 0.2 mm. 2. The injection mold system of claim 1 , wherein at least one of the first part and the second part is formed from a material having a thermal conductivity greater than 30 BTU/HR FT° F. and less than or equal to 223 BTU/HR FT° F. 3. The injection mold system of claim 2 , wherein the material is one of aluminum, any alloys of aluminum, BeCu, Copper, and any alloys of copper. 4. The injection mold system of claim 1 , wherein the metal-connecting joint includes a blended turn having a radius. 5. The injection mold system of claim 4 , wherein the radius is between 1 mm and 10 mm. 6. The injection mold system of claim 1 , further comprising brazed seal bushings. 7. The injection mold system of claim 1 , wherein the molten plastic feed conduit is disposed adjacent to one or more hot runners. 8. An injection mold system including a multi-part feed system, the multi-part feed system comprising: a first part including a first feed channel; and a second part including a second feed channel, the first feed channel and the second feed channel forming a molten plastic feed conduit when the first part is located adjacent the second part, the molten plastic feed conduit including at least one turn having a radius that is between 0 and 2 times a diameter of the molten plastic feed conduit, wherein a metal-connecting brazed joint is formed between the first part and second part and between the first feed channel and the second feed channel, the metal-connecting brazed joint extends from the molten plastic feed conduit a distance greater than 2 microns but less than 0.2 mm. 9. The injection mold system of claim 8 , wherein the molten feed conduit has a diameter of about 0.3 cm-3 cm. 10. The injection mold system of claim 8 , wherein the molten plastic feed conduit has a diameter of less than 0.3 cm. 11. The injection mold system of claim 8 , wherein at least one of the first part and the second part is includes a material having a thermal conductivity greater than 30 BTU/HR FT° F. and less than or equal to 223 BTU/HR FT° F. 12. The injection mold system of claim 1 , wherein the material is one of aluminum, any alloys of aluminum, BeCu, Copper, and any alloys of copper or any other type of metals. 13. The injection mold system of claim 8 , wherein molten plastic flowing through the molten plastic feed conduit has a pressure of less than 10,000 psi. 14. The injection mold system of claim 8 , wherein the injection molding system further comprises a multi-cavity mold.
