An isolated polynucleotide that is diagnostic for soybean event 9582.814.19.1, wherein said polynucleotide is selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO:1, SEQ ID NO:2, and SEQ ID NO:14. 4. An isolated polynucleotide in claim 3 comprising one or more sequences selected from the group consisting of nucleotides 1385-1415 of SEQ ID NO:1, nucleotides 1350-1450 of SEQ ID NO:1, nucleotides 1300-1500 of SEQ ID NO:1, nucleotides 1200-1600 of SEQ ID NO:1, nucleotides 137-168 of SEQ ID NO:2, nucleotides 103-203 of SEQ ID NO:2, and nucleotides 3-303 of SEQ ID NO:2.
