What is claimed is: 1. A method for enhancing water with an enhancement component to provide a beverage comprising: a. housing a liquid flow path, an enhancement flow path, the enhancement component, and an enhancement component source within a structure having an outlet; b. directing an amount of water from a water source through the liquid flow path; c. directing the enhancement component from the enhancement component source through the enhancement flow path that is separate from the liquid flow path and in fluid communication with the liquid flow path; d. moving the enhancement component from the enhancement component source through the enhancement flow path into the liquid flow path to a mixing point at the outlet to create a mixture comprising the enhancement component and the water, wherein the enhancement component is moved by passing the amount of water from the water source through the liquid flow path and past the enhancement flow path to draw the enhancement component from the enhancement component source into the liquid flow path by Venturi effect; and e. dispensing the mixture as a beverage at a beverage receiving point. 2. The method of claim 1 wherein the structure comprises one of: a. a cartridge; b. a capsule; c. a pouch; or d. a module. 3. The method of claim 2 further comprising the step of: a. integrating the structure into a water dispenser of a refrigerated appliance; b. removably inserting the structure at a water dispenser; or c. removably inserting the structure at a water dispenser of a refrigerated appliance. 4. The method of claim 2 wherein the mixing point is: a. external to the structure in midair before the beverage receiving point; or b. at the beverage receiving point. 5. The method of claim 2 further comprising the step of opening or rupturing an inlet and an outlet of the structure by passing the amount of water through the liquid flow path. 6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the structure is reusable or rechargeable. 7. A method for enhancing liquid with an enhancement component to provide a beverage comprising: a. housing a liquid flow path having a diameter, an enhancement flow path, the enhancement component, and an enhancement component source within a structure having an outlet; b. directing an amount of liquid from a liquid source through the liquid flow path at a velocity; c. directing the enhancement component from the enhancement component source through the enhancement flow path that is separate from the liquid flow path and in fluid communication with the liquid flow path; d. moving the enhancement component from the enhancement component source through the enhancement flow path into the liquid flow path to a mixing point at the outlet to create a mixture comprising the enhancement component and the liquid, wherein the enhancement component is moved by passing the amount of liquid from the liquid source through the liquid flow path and past the enhancement flow path to draw the enhancement component from the enhancement component source into the liquid flow path by Venturi effect; and e. dispensing the mixture as a beverage at a beverage receiving point. 8. The method of claim 7 further comprising the step of changing the diameter of the liquid flow path. 9. The method of claim 8 further comprising the step of changing the velocity of the liquid travelling through the liquid flow path by changing the diameter of the liquid flow path. 10. The method of claim 8 further comprising the step of changing head pressure or vacuum at the outlet of the enhancement flow path by changing the diameter of the liquid flow path. 11. The method of claim 8 further comprising the step of changing a concentration of the enhancement component in the beverage by changing the diameter of the liquid flow path. 12. The method of claim 7 further comprising the step of opening a seal or a plug located at an inlet of the enhancement flow path thereby starting the beverage preparation process. 13. The method of claim 7 further comprising the step of opening a seal or a plug located at the outlet of the enhancement flow path thereby allowing the enhancement component to exit through the outlet of the enhancement flow path. 14. The method of claim 7 , wherein the mixing point of the enhancement component and the liquid is at the outlet of the structure in midair. 15. A method for enhancing liquid comprising: a. housing a liquid flow path, an enhancement flow path, a concentrate, and a concentrate source within a structure having an outlet; b. directing an amount of liquid from a liquid source through the liquid flow path; c. directing the concentrate from the concentrate source through the enhancement flow path that is separate from the liquid flow path and in fluid communication with the liquid flow path; d. moving the concentrate from the concentrate source through the enhancement flow path into the liquid flow path to a mixing point at the outlet of the structure in midair to create a mixture comprising the concentrate and the liquid, wherein the concentrate is moved by passing the amount of liquid from the liquid source through the liquid flow path and past the enhancement flow path to draw the concentrate from the concentrate source into the liquid flow path by Venturi effect; and e. dispensing the mixture as a beverage at a beverage receiving point. 16. The method of claim 15 , wherein the structure has an inlet at a top side and the outlet is at a bottom side, wherein the liquid flow path is a single channel having a cross sectional area and beginning at the top side of the structure and passing through the bottom side of the structure, and wherein the outlet has a cross sectional area larger than the cross sectional area of the channel. 17. The method of claim 16 , wherein the concentrate is located in a chamber surrounding the single channel. 18. The method of claim 17 , wherein the chamber has a triangular cross section. 19. The method of claim 16 , wherein the enhancement flow path is located at the outlet of the structure. 20. The method of claim 19 , wherein the enhancement flow path has a cross-sectional area less than the cross-sectional area of the channel.
