The invention claimed is: 1. A dialysis system comprising: a home dialysis machine located at a patient's home, the home dialysis machine including a user interface and a control unit; a clinician computer associated with a dialysis center, the dialysis center located remotely from the home dialysis machine; a server in data communication with the control unit of the home dialysis machine and the clinician computer; and wherein the system is configured and arranged for (i) a treatment prescription to be delivered to the control unit of the home dialysis machine, (ii) treatment data generated via the home dialysis machine operating the treatment prescription from multiple dialysis treatments to be sent by the home dialysis machine to the clinician computer via the server, and (iii) the treatment data to be analyzed with respect to at least one therapy target to determine whether to modify the treatment prescription or form a new treatment prescription for use by the control unit of the home dialysis machine to perform a subsequent treatment. 2. The dialysis system of claim 1 , wherein the treatment prescription is delivered to the home dialysis machine via the server. 3. The dialysis system of claim 1 , wherein software located on the clinician computer is used to form the treatment prescription. 4. The dialysis system of claim 1 , wherein software located on the server is used to form the treatment prescription. 5. The dialysis system of claim 4 , wherein the software stored on the server is accessed by the clinician computer to form the treatment prescription. 6. The dialysis system of claim 4 , which further includes a doctor computer associated with a doctor's office located remotely from the home dialysis machine, and wherein the software stored on the server is accessed by the doctor computer to form the treatment prescription. 7. The dialysis system of claim 1 , which further includes a doctor computer associated with a doctor's office located remotely from the home dialysis machine, and wherein software located on the doctor computer is used to form the treatment prescription. 8. The dialysis system of claim 1 , wherein the server is at least one of: (i) located separately from the dialysis center, (ii) located at the dialysis center, (iii) in data communication with multiple dialysis servers, or (iv) comprised of multiple servers linked together. 9. The dialysis system of claim 1 , wherein the treatment data includes at least one of real-time daily treatment data, ultrafiltration removed data, blood pressure data, or body weight data. 10. The dialysis system of claim 1 , which is configured to analyze the data by tracking a plurality of data points taken over multiple days to form the treatment prescription. 11. The dialysis system of claim 10 , which is configured to fit a curve to the plurality of data points. 12. The dialysis system of claim 1 , which is configured to analyze the treatment data in (iii) by comparing the data to at least one limit. 13. The dialysis system of claim 1 , which is configured in (iii) to determine if a problem with the treatment data persists before modifying the treatment prescription or forming the new prescription. 14. The dialysis system of claim 1 , wherein the treatment data is generated by a peripheral device in data communication with the home dialysis machine. 15. The dialysis system of claim 1 , wherein multiple treatment prescriptions are sent to and used by the home dialysis machine. 16. The dialysis system of claim 15 , wherein the multiple treatment prescriptions include a low ultrafiltration (“UF”) removed prescription, a medium UF removed prescription, and a high UF removed prescription. 17. A dialysis system comprising: a home dialysis machine located at a patient's home, the home dialysis machine including a user interface and a control unit; a dialysis center located remotely from the home dialysis machine; a server in data communication with the control unit of the home dialysis machine and the dialysis center; and wherein the system is configured and arranged for (i) a treatment prescription to be delivered to the control unit of the home dialysis machine via the server, (ii) treatment data generated via the home dialysis machine operating the treatment prescription from multiple dialysis treatments to be delivered from the home dialysis machine to the dialysis center, and (iii) the treatment data to be analyzed with respect to at least one therapy target at the dialysis center to determine whether to modify the treatment prescription or form a new treatment prescription. 18. A dialysis system comprising: a home dialysis machine located at a patient's home, the home dialysis machine including a user interface and a control unit; a clinician computer associated with a dialysis center, the dialysis center located remotely from the home dialysis machine; a doctor computer associated with a doctor's office, the doctor's office located remotely from the patient's home; a network enabling data communication between the home dialysis machine and at least one of the clinician computer or the doctor computer; and wherein the system is configured and arranged for (i) a treatment prescription to be delivered to the control unit of the home dialysis machine, (ii) treatment data generated via the home dialysis machine operating the treatment prescription from multiple dialysis treatments to be sent by the home dialysis machine via the network to at least one of the dialysis center or the doctor's office, and (iii) the treatment data to be analyzed with respect to at least one therapy target to determine whether to modify the treatment prescription or form a new treatment prescription for use by the control unit of the home dialysis machine to perform a subsequent treatment. 19. The dialysis system of claim 18 , wherein the treatment prescription is formed using the clinician computer and sent via the network to the doctor computer for approval, and wherein the treatment prescription is thereafter sent via the network, from either the doctor computer or the clinician computer, to the home dialysis machine. 20. A dialysis method comprising: performing multiple dialysis treatments on a home dialysis machine using a user interface and a control unit of the home dialysis machine; sending treatment data from the multiple dialysis treatments from the home dialysis machine over a network to a remote location; analyzing the treatment data concerning the multiple dialysis treatments in combination with at least one dialysis therapy target; generating at least one treatment prescription based upon the analysis of the treatment data and the at least one dialysis therapy target; delivering the at least one treatment prescription to the control unit of the home dialysis machine; and performing under control of the control unit at least one treatment using the at least one treatment prescription. 21. The dialysis method of claim 20 , which includes approving the at least one treatment prescription before sending the at least one treatment prescription to the home dialysis machine. 22. The dialysis method of claim 20 , which includes modifying the at least one treatment prescription before sending the at least one treatment prescription to the home dialysis machine. 23.
