The invention claimed is: 1. A Compound according to formula (III-a) wherein Q represents hydrogen; X represents fluorine; m represents 0 or 1; R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 , R 6 , R 7 and R 8 independently from each other represent hydrogen or methyl; wherein R 7 and R 8 can form the group ═C(Y 1 )Y 2 where Y 1 and Y 2 represent hydrogen or a group ═N—O—R c where R c represents methyl or ethyl, and wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 , R 6 , R 7 and R 8 are not all hydrogen at the same time. 2. A compound according to claim 1 , wherein m is zero. 3. A compound according to claim 1 , wherein m is 1. 4. A compound according to claim 1 , wherein R 7 and R 8 form the group ═C(Y 1 )Y 2 . 5. A compound according to claim 1 , wherein R 7 and R 8 form the group ═N—O—R c . 6. A compound according to claim 1 , wherein at least one of R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 , R 6 , R 7 and R 8 is methyl. 7. A compound according to claim 1 , wherein at least two of R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 , R 6 , R 7 and R 8 are methyl. 8. A compound according to claim 5 , wherein R c represents methyl. 9. A compound according to claim 5 , wherein Rc represents ethyl.
