A secondary battery includes a cathode, an anode, and an electrolytic solution. The anode or the electrolytic solution, or both contain a metal salt including an unsaturated carbon bond.

The invention claimed is: 1. A secondary battery comprising: a cathode including a cathode active material; an anode including an anode active material; and an electrolytic solution including an electrolytic salt, an electrolytic solvent, and an alkali metal salt, wherein the electrolytic solvent includes 4-fluoro-1,3-dioxolane-2-one, wherein the alkali metal salt is dilithium acetylide in an amount in a range of 0.01 weight percent to 2 weight percent, and wherein the anode includes the alkali metal salt. 2. The secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein the amount of dilithium acetylide in a range of 0.01 weight percent to 0.5 weight percent. 3. The secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein the electrolytic salt is LiPF 6 . 4. The secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein the electrolytic solvent further includes ethylene carbonate and diethyl carbonate. 5. The secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein the cathode active material includes LiCoO 2 . 6. The secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein the anode active material includes a carbon material. 7. The secondary battery according to claim 6 , wherein the carbon material includes a mesocarbon microbead. 8. An electronic device comprising a secondary battery according to claim 1 . 9. An electronic power tool comprising a secondary battery according to claim 1 . 10. An electric vehicle comprising a secondary battery according to claim 1 . 11. An electric power storage system comprising a secondary battery according to claim 1 .
