A mobile computer comprising: at least one sensor configured to measure a distance between the mobile computer and a part of a vehicle or conveyance; and a processor configured to determine whether the mobile computer is located in the vehicle or conveyance based on the measured distance. 2. The mobile computer of claim 1 , wherein the processor is further configured to analyze gyroscope related data to determine an orientation of the mobile computer. 3. A method for operating a mobile computer, the method comprising: measuring, by at least one sensor of the mobile computer, a distance between the mobile computer and a part of a vehicle or conveyance; and determining, by a processor of the mobile computer, whether the mobile computer is located in the vehicle or conveyance based on the measured distance. 4. The method of claim 3 , further comprising: analyzing, by the processor, gyroscope related data to determine an orientation of the mobile computer. 5. The mobile computer of claim 1 , wherein the processor is further configured to prepare an application based on the determination. 6. The mobile computer of claim 1 , further comprising: a transceiver configured to receive a notification related to an advertisement based on the determination. 7. The mobile computer of claim 1 , wherein the processor is further configured to determine whether the mobile computer is located in the vehicle or conveyance further based on satellite related positioning information. 8. The mobile computer of claim 1 , further comprising: a display configured to receive a touch input, wherein the processor is further configured to determine whether the mobile computer is located in the vehicle or conveyance further based on the touch input. 9. The method of claim 3 , further comprising preparing an application based on the determination. 10. The method of claim 3 , further comprising receiving a notification related to an advertisement based on the determination. 11. The method of claim 3 , wherein the determining of whether the mobile computer is located in the vehicle or conveyance is further based on satellite related positioning information. 12. The method of claim 3 , further comprising: receiving a touch input, wherein the determining of whether the mobile computer is located in the vehicle or conveyance is further based on the touch input.
