What is claimed is: 1. An agricultural tillage implement, comprising: a frame member; and at least one rolling basket assembly coupled to said frame member, said rolling basket assembly including: at least one bearing hanger; at least one rolling basket; and at least one bearing assembly rotationally coupling said rolling basket to said bearing hanger, said bearing assembly having: a bearing with an inner ring having an inner surface; and a spindle holding said inner ring, said spindle being coupled to said bearing hanger, said spindle being configured to accommodate dynamic misalignment of said bearing; wherein: the inner surface of the bearing includes a central portion in engagement with the spindle and first and second end portions extending from opposite ends of the central portion, at least one of the first and second end portions of the inner surface of the bearing is spaced from the spindle so to define a corresponding gap between the spindle and the inner surface of the bearing. 2. An agricultural tillage implement, comprising: a frame member; and at least one rolling basket assembly coupled to said frame member, said rolling basket assembly including: at least one bearing hanger; at least one roiling basket; and at least one bearing assembly rotationally coupling said rolling basket to said bearing hanger, said bearing assembly having; bearing, with an inner ring; and a spindle bolding said inner ring, said spindle being coupled to said bearing hanger, said spindle being configured to accommodate dynamic misalignment of said hearing; wherein said spindle is made of a resilient material. 3. The agricultural tillage implement of claim 2 , wherein said spindle has a body length, said inner ring having a width, said length exceeding said width. 4. The agricultural tillage implement of claim 3 , further comprising a fastener extending through said spindle, said fastener securing said spindle to said bearing hanger. 5. The agricultural tillage implement of claim 4 , wherein said spindle further includes a shoulder that rests against said bearing hanger. 6. The agricultural tillage implement of claim 5 , further comprising a washer constrained on an end of said fastener against an end of said spindle, said washer extending beyond said spindle. 7. The agricultural tillage implement of claim 2 , wherein said resilient material contains a urethane. 8. The agricultural tillage implement of claim 2 , wherein said resilient material is a rubberized plastic.
