What is claimed is: 1. An adhesive composition comprising (A) 5-10% by weight of a grafted high-density polyethylene comprising 0.05-2% by weight of maleic anhydride, having (i) a density from 0.93 to 0.957 g/cm 3 , (ii) a high load melt index of 1 to 10 g/10 min, and (iii) a melt index from 0.5 to 3 g/10 min; and (B) 90-95% by weight of a linear low density polyethylene comprising: (i) a density from 0.91 to 0.936 g/cm 3 , and (ii) a Mw/Mn from 5 to 8.9, wherein the linear low density polyethylene is produced by polymerizing ethylene in the presence of a hybrid catalyst comprising a mixture of at least two single-site catalysts. 2. The adhesive composition of claim 1 , wherein the graft polyolefin is high-density polyethylene (HDPE) grafted with maleic anhydride. 3. The adhesive composition of claim 1 , wherein the hybrid polyolefin is polyethylene. 4. The adhesive composition of claim 3 , wherein the polyethylene has a density of 0.91-0.955 g/cm 3 . 5. The adhesive composition of claim 1 , wherein the hybrid catalyst comprises a hafnocene catalyst component and an iron catalyst component. 6. The adhesive composition of claim 5 , wherein the hafnocene catalyst component is bis(n-butylcyclopentadienyl)hafnium dichloride. 7. The adhesive composition of claim 5 , wherein the iron catalyst component is 2,6-Bis[1-(4,6-Dimethyl-2-chloro-phenylimino)ethyl]pyridine iron (II) dichloride. 8. The adhesive composition of claim 1 , comprising 85-95% by weight hybrid polyolefin and 5-15% by weight graft polyolefin. 9. The adhesive composition of claim 7 , wherein the molecular weight distribution of the hybrid polyolefin is greater than or equal to 5. 10. A process for preparing the adhesive composition of claim 1 , comprising combining graft polyolefin with a hybrid polyolefin produced with the use of a hybrid catalyst comprising a mixture of at least two single-site catalysts. 11. The process of claim 10 , wherein the graft polyolefin is high-density polyethylene (HDPE) grafted with maleic anhydride. 12. The process of claim 10 , wherein the hybrid catalyst comprises a hafnocene catalyst component and an iron catalyst component. 13. The process of claim 12 , wherein the hafnocene catalyst component is bis(n-butylcyclopentadienyl)hafnium dichloride. 14. The process of claim 12 , wherein the iron catalyst component is 2,6-Bis[1-(4,6-Dimethyl-2-chloro-phenylimino) ethyl]pyridine iron (II) dichloride. 15. The process of claim 10 , wherein the tie layer composition comprises 85-95% by weight hybrid polyolefin and 5-15% by weight graft polyolefin. 16. The process of claim 10 , wherein the molecular weight distribution of the hybrid polyolefin is greater than or equal to 5. 17. A tie-layer for a multilayer structure, wherein the tie-layer comprises the composition of claim 1 .
