What is claimed is: 1. A pen-injector containing a liquid pharmaceutical formulation comprising an effective amount of an isolated anti-IL-12 antibody having a heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region, said heavy chain variable region comprising: a heavy chain complementarity determining region 1 (CDR1) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1, a heavy chain complementarity determining region 2 (CDR2) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2, a heavy chain complementarity determining region 3 (CDR3) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:3, said light chain variable region comprising: a light chain complementarity determining region 1 (CDR1) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:4, a light chain complementarity determining region 2 (CDR2) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:5, and a light chain complementarity determining region 3 (CDR3) comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:6. 2. The pen-injector according to claim 1 , wherein the liquid pharmaceutical formulation comprises histidine buffer, polysorbate 80 and sucrose. 3. The pen-injector according to claim 1 , wherein the pH is about 6.0. 4. The pen-injector according to claim 1 , wherein said effective amount is 45 mg of antibody. 5. The pen-injector according to claim 1 , wherein said effective amount is 90 mg of antibody. 6. A pen-injector containing a liquid pharmaceutical formulation comprising an effective amount of an isolated anti-IL-12 antibody having a heavy chain variable region comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 7 and a light chain variable region comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 8. 7. The pen-injector according to claim 6 , wherein the liquid pharmaceutical formulation comprises histidine buffer, polysorbate 80 and sucrose. 8. The pen-injector according to claim 6 , wherein the pH is about 6.0. 9. The pen-injector according to claim 6 , wherein said effective amount is 45 mg of antibody. 10. The pen-injector according to claim 6 , wherein said effective amount is 90 mg of antibody.
