The present disclosure relates to a fixed quantity discharge device for a liquid container, more specifically a fixed quantity discharge device for a liquid container which includes a contents suction tube extended into the inside of the container body for enabling a pipette tube to be inserted and drawn so as to make the lower end of the pipette tube be exposed to the contents, thus preventing contamination of the pipette tube, and a piston provided in the container body so as to rise as the contents are consumed, thus minimizing the residual contents in the container body.

What is claimed is: 1. A fixed quantity discharge device for a liquid container comprising: a container body wherein contents are kept; and a spuit part combined to be able to be detached from the container body, further comprising a spuit pipe which sucks and discharges a fixed amount of the contents contained in the container body, the spuit part further including an inner cap, an outer cap, and a button part; the inner cap combined with a screw coupling, the inner cap including a guide part which is configured to ascend and descend the button part; the outer cap combined encircling and rotating with the inner cap, the outer cap having a vertical guide groove formed longitudinally at an inner circumferential surface to guide a vertical movement of the button part; the button part including a guide protrusion which is configured to ascend and descend along the guide part of the inner cap, the button part being configured to ascend responsive to rotation of the outer cap and descend responsive to user pressurization; wherein the fixed quantity discharge device for a liquid container comprises: a support body combined encircling an upper portion of the container body, further comprising: a coupling part wherein the spuit pipe is combined and a contents suction tube which is extended into the interior of the container body for enabling the spuit pipe to be inserted and withdrawn, comprising a contents inflow hole at an lower end; a sealing member which is installed at an inner lower end of the contents suction tube and guides the contents flowing in through the contents inflow hole to move only to the spuit pipe; and a piston which moves according to usage of the content inside the container body; and wherein the spuit pipe is inserted and withdrawn in the contents suction tube and configured to suck and discharge contents which flow into the contents suction tube. 2. The fixed quantity discharge device for a liquid container of claim 1 , comprising a pipe fixture which is inserted at a center of the inner cap and fixes the spuit pipe to the inner cap. 3. The fixed quantity discharge device for a liquid container of claim 1 , comprising: an ascending guide face which forms a slope in order to guide the ascent of the guide protrusion; a descending guide face which forms a slope so as to confront with the ascending guide face and guides the descent of the guide protrusion; and a securing face which is placed between the ascending guide face and the descending guide face and at which the guide protrusion arrives safely as the guide protrusion is descending. 4. The fixed quantity discharge device for a liquid container of claim 1 , comprising a limiting protrusion which is extended horizontally at the guide part; and supports a guide protrusion, thus limiting a downward movement while the button part is ascending. 5. The fixed quantity discharge device for a liquid container of claim 3 , comprising a flange tip support rod which is formed with protrusion at a center of an inner upper portion of the button part, wherein at the flange tip support rod is combined a flange tip, which sucks or discharges contents according to the pressure change in an interior of a spuit pipe as moving upwards and downwards in a spuit pipe.
