What is claimed is: 1. A touch-sensitive display device, comprising: a flexible substrate comprising a plurality of pixels defined by a black matrix; a plurality of metal electrodes in a mesh pattern disposed on the black matrix, each of the plurality of metal electrodes including a plurality of electrode lines that intersect one another; and a plurality of transparent touch electrodes disposed on the plurality of metal electrodes, each transparent touch electrode including a plurality of segments defined by an intersection of a plurality of the electrode lines, wherein the intersection of the plurality of the electrode lines is at a center of a corresponding transparent touch electrode; and wherein each segment has a size equal to an integer multiple greater than that of a size of the pixels to distribute stress exerted on the transparent touch electrodes over the plurality of segments. 2. The touch-sensitive display device according to claim 1 , further comprising: an insulation film over the plurality of metal electrodes. 3. A touch-sensitive display device, comprising: a first metal electrode in a mesh pattern formed on a black matrix, the first metal electrode including a plurality of electrode lines that intersect each other; a plurality of first transparent touch sensitive segments disposed on and overlapping intersections of the first metal electrode having its center on the intersection; a second metal electrode in a mesh pattern disposed on the black matrix and disconnected with the first metal electrode at a boundary between the first metal electrode and the second metal electrode, the second metal electrode including a plurality of electrode lines that intersect each other; a plurality of second transparent touch sensitive segments disposed on and overlapping an intersection of the second metal electrode having its center on the intersection; an insulation layer on the first metal electrode and the second metal electrode; and a connection electrode disposed on the insulation layer; wherein the connection electrode is configured to connect with the second metal electrode through a plurality of apertures of the insulation layer. 4. The touch-sensitive display device according to claim 3 , wherein the plurality of transparent touch sensitive segments and the plurality of second transparent touch sensitive segments have a size equal to an integer multiple greater than that of a size of a sub-pixel. 5. The touch-sensitive display device according to claim 4 , wherein a plurality sub-pixels is defined by the black matrix on a flexible substrate, and the first metal electrode and the second metal electrode correspond to the black matrix. 6. The touch-sensitive display device according to claim 3 , further comprising: a first transparent touch electrode included in the plurality of first transparent touch sensitive segments; and a second transparent touch electrode included in the plurality of second transparent touch sensitive segments.
