A compound of Formula III or Formula IV or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof: wherein: X is N; R 1 is H; R 2 is C 1 -C 6 alkyl or C 2 -C 6 alkyl substituted by N(R 4 R 5 ), wherein R 4 and R 5 are C 1 -C 4 alkyl or R 4 and R 5 together form a morpholine ring; and Q is the ring-structure of Formula II: 2. The compound of claim 1 , wherein the cannabinoid-2 agonist is 1-Propyl-5-(3,3,5,5-tetramethyl cyclohexyl)pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyridazin-4-one, 2-Propyl-5-(3,3,5,5-tetramethylcyclohexyl)pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyridazin-4-one, 1-(2-Morpholin-4-ylethyl)-5-(3,3,5,5-tetramethylcyclohexyl)pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyridazin-4-one, 2-(2-Morpholin-4-ylethyl)-5-(3,3,5,5-tetramethylcyclohexyl)pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyridazin-4-one, 1-(2-Dimethylaminoethyl)-5-(3,3,5,5-tetramethylcyclohexyl)pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyridazin-4-one, or 2-(2-Dimethylaminoethyl)-5-(3,3,5,5-tetramethylcyclohexyl)pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyridazin-4-one. 3. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. 4. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 2 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. 5. A method of treating an eye related syndrome, disorder or disease selected from the group consisting of abnormal intraocular pressure, allergic keratitis, uveitis, or iritis, conjunctivitis, blepharitis, neuritis nervi optici, choroiditis, glaucoma and sympathetic ophthalmia in a subject suffering from said syndrome, disorder of disease, comprising administering to said subject a therapeutically effective amount of at least one compound of claim 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 6.
