A system provides assignment of a wearable device user identifier to a wearable device user. A wearable device has one or more sensors that detect or measure wearable device user information selected from of at least one of, a wearable device user's activities, behaviors and habit information, and a wearable device user's health. The wearable device includes a communication system, and a pathway system. A telemetry system has a database of wearable device user profiles. The telemetry system includes a processor and a wearable device user database. The processor has at least one of, access to the wearable device user database, at least partially creates the wearable device user database and at least partially determines a wearable device user profile. A wearable device user identifier of a wearable device user is assigned to the wearable device user before or after the wearable device user receives the wearable device.

The invention claimed is: 1. A system with assignment of user identifiers, comprising: a monitoring device with a microphone, an RF transmitter and sensors to determine air quality, sound level/quality, light quality and ambient temperature near the user; an accelerometer or other user movement detection device to detect a user's movement information, the accelerometer or user movement detection device and monitoring system configured to provide information configured to assist to determine user sleep information and sleep behavior information, the accelerometer or movement detection device configured to cause the microphone to stop recording the user's movement sounds when the movement sounds are not directed to a sleep related parameter; a telemetry system with a database of user profiles; and one or more batteries. 2. The device of claim 1 , wherein the system is configured to be in communication with a social network. 3. The system of claim 1 , further comprising: a memory at the telemetry system; a memory controller; one or more processing units (CPU's); a Network Systems circuitry; and an input/output (I/O) subsystem. 4. The device of claim 1 , wherein the monitoring includes an antenna. 5. The system of claim 1 , further comprising: one or more element to enable installation of a firmware update. 6. The system of claim 1 , further comprising: an alarm. 7. The system of claim 1 , further comprising: a multi-protocol wireless controller at the telemetry system that in operation characterizes available networks to determine current network information. 8. The system of claim 1 , further comprising: an activity manager at the telemetry system. 9. The system of claim 1 , further comprising: a transmit antenna at the telemetry that in operation produces a wireless field; an amplifier coupled to the transmit antenna; a load sensing circuit coupled to the amplifier; and a controller coupled to the load sensing circuit. 10. A system with assignment of user identifiers, comprising: a monitoring device with a microphone and sensors to determine air quality, sound level/quality, light quality and ambient temperature near the user; an accelerometer or other user movement detection device to detects a user's movement information, the accelerometer or movement detection device and monitoring system configured to provide information configured to assist to determine user sleep information and sleep behavior information, the accelerometer or user movement detection device configured to cause the microphone to stop recording the user's movement sounds when the movement sounds are not directed to sleep related parameter; a communication system and pathway system at the monitoring device; and wherein a user identifier is assigned to the user before or after the user receives the monitoring device and the monitoring device is configured to be in communication with a telemetry system, the telemetry system including a database of user profiles. 11. The system of claim 10 further comprising: one or more batteries. 12. The system of claim 10 wherein the system is configured to be in communication with a social network. 13. The system of claim 10 , if further comprising: a memory at the telemetry system; a memory controller; one or more processing units (CPU's); a peripherals interface; a Network Systems circuitry; and an input/output (I/O) subsystem. 14. The system of claim 10 , wherein the telemetry system includes an antenna. 15. The system of claim 10 , further comprising: an alarm. 16. The system of claim 10 , further comprising: a multi-protocol wireless controller that in operation characterizes available networks to determine current network information. 17. The system of claim 10 , further comprising: an activity manager at the telemetry system. 18. The system of claim 10 , further comprising: a transmit antenna at the telemetry system that in operation produces a wireless field; an amplifier coupled to the transmit antenna; a load sensing circuit coupled to the amplifier; and a controller coupled to the load sensing circuit. 19. A system with assignment of a user identifier, comprising: a monitoring device with a microphone, and RF transmitter and sensors to determine air quality, sound level/quality, light quality and ambient temperature near the user; an accelerometer or other user movement detection device to detect a user's movement information, the accelerometer or movement detection device and monitoring system configured to provide information configured to assist determine user sleep information and sleep behavior information, the accelerometer or movement detection device configured to cause the microphone to stop recording the user's movement sounds when the movement sounds are not directed to a sleep related parameter; a telemetry system in communication with the accelerometer or other user movement detection device and the monitoring system, a communication system and a pathway system at the telemetry system; and wherein the telemetry system includes, a database of user profiles, the telemetry system including a processor and a user profile database, the processor in operation having at least one of, access to a user database, at least partially creates the user profile database and at least partially determines a user profile. 20. A system with assignment of a user identifier, comprising: a monitoring device with a microphone, and RF transmitter and sensors to determine air quality, sound level/quality, light quality and ambient temperature near the user; an accelerometer or other user movement detection device to detect a user's movement information, the accelerometer or movement detection device and monitoring system configured to provide information configured to assist determine user sleep information and sleep behavior information, the accelerometer or movement detection device configured to cause the microphone to stop recording the user's movement sounds when the movement sounds are not directed to a sleep related parameter; a telemetry system in communication with the accelerometer or other user movement detection device and the monitoring system, a communication system and a pathway system at the telemetry system; and one or more batteries. 21. A system with assignment of a user identifier, comprising: a monitoring device with a microphone, and RF transmitter and sensors to determine air quality, sound level/quality, light quality and ambient temperature near the user; an accelerometer or other user movement detection device to detect a user's movement information, the accelerometer or movement detection device and monitoring system configured to provide information configured to assist determine user sleep information and sleep behavior information, the accelerometer or movement detection device configured to cause the microphone to stop recording the user's movement sounds when the movement sounds are not directed to a sleep related parameter; a telemetry system in communication with the accelerometer or other user movement detection device and the monitoring system, a communication system and a pathway system at the telemetry system; and wherein the system is configured to be in communication with a social network. 22.
