The invention claimed is: 1. An inkjet printing method for manufacturing decorative surfaces, the method comprising the steps of: jetting a color pattern with one or more aqueous inkjet inks including a polymer latex binder onto a thermosetting resin impregnated paper; and drying the one or more aqueous inkjet inks; wherein the color pattern includes less than 6 g/m 2 ink dry weight. 2. The inkjet printing method according to claim 1 , wherein the one or more aqueous inkjet inks include an aqueous inkjet ink including a color pigment selected from the group consisting of C.I. Pigment Yellow 151, C.I. Pigment Yellow 74, and mixed crystals thereof. 3. The inkjet printing method according to claim 1 , wherein the one or more aqueous inkjet inks include an aqueous inkjet ink including a color pigment selected from the group consisting of C.I. Pigment Red 254, C.I. Pigment Red 122, and mixed crystals thereof. 4. The inkjet printing method according to claim 1 , wherein the one or more aqueous inkjet inks define an aqueous inkjet ink set including: a cyan aqueous inkjet ink including a copper phthalocyanine pigment; a red aqueous inkjet ink including a color pigment selected from the group consisting of C.I. Pigment Red 254, C.I. Pigment Red 122, and mixed crystals thereof; a yellow aqueous inkjet ink including a color pigment selected from the group consisting of C.I. Pigment Yellow 151, C.I. Pigment Yellow 74, and mixed crystals thereof; and a black aqueous inkjet ink including a carbon black pigment. 5. The inkjet printing method according to claim 1 , wherein the thermosetting resin is a melamine based resin. 6. The inkjet printing method according to claim 1 , wherein the polymer latex binder is a polyurethane based latex binder. 7. The inkjet printing method according to claim 1 , wherein the one or more aqueous inkjet inks are jetted at a temperature of not more than 35° C. 8. The inkjet printing method according to claim 1 , wherein the thermosetting resin impregnated paper includes a colored paper substrate. 9. The inkjet printing method according to claim 1 , wherein the step of jetting the color pattern is performed using a single pass printing process. 10. The inkjet printing method according to claim 1 , wherein the one or more aqueous inkjet inks include a humectant in an amount from 0.1 to 30 wt % based on a total weight of the aqueous inkjet ink.
