What is claimed is: 1. A composition, comprising: a blend of a first component and a second component, wherein the first component includes a poly(butylene succinate) (PBS) or a polybutylene succinate adipate (PBSA), and the second component includes a polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA), wherein the content of the first component in the composition is 50% or greater by weight, wherein the second component is selected from a group consisting of a homopolymer or a copolymer of a 3-hydroxyalkanoate, a homopolymer or a copolymer of 4-hydroxyalkanoate, and a homopolymer or a copolymer of a 5-hydroxyalkanoate. 2. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the blend of a first component and a second component is an unreacted blend. 3. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the content of the first component in the composition is between 50% and 80% by weight. 4. The composition of claim 3 , wherein the content of the first component in the composition is between 50% and 65% by weight. 5. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the PHA is a PHA copolymer. 6. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the PHA copolymer is a copolymer of a 3-hydroxybutyrate (PHB copolymer). 7. The composition of claim 6 , wherein the PHA copolymer is a Type 1 PHB copolymer. 8. The composition of claim 6 , wherein the PHA copolymer is a Type 2 PHB copolymer. 9. The composition of claim 6 , wherein the PHA copolymer is a copolymer of a poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxypropionate), a poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-4-hydroxybutyrate), a poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-4-hydroxyvalerate), a poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate), a poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyhexanoate), or a poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-5-hydroxyvalerate). 10. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the second component PHA is a PHA homopolymer. 11. The composition of claim 10 , wherein the PHA homopolymer is a poly(3-hydroxybutyrate). 12. An article, comprising the composition of claim 1 . 13. The article of claim 12 , wherein the article is a film.
