We claim: 1. A method of treating a cancer comprising administering to a patient in need thereof a compound represented by structural formula IV: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein: X is CH or N; each R b is independently substituted or unsubstituted C 1-6 aliphatic; and n is 0 to 4. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the cancer is a castration-resistant prostate cancer. 3. The method of claim 2 , wherein the castration-resistant prostate cancer bears one or more mutations in the androgen receptor. 4. The method of claim 3 , wherein the one or more mutations in the androgen receptor comprises a mutation of Phe876. 5. The method of claim 4 , wherein the mutation is Phe876 to Leu, Ile, Val, Ser, Cys, or Tyr. 6. The method of claim 4 , wherein the mutations further comprise one or more mutations to residues selected from the group consisting of E566, E589, E669, C687, A700, N772, H777, C785, F877, and K911. 7. The method of claim 2 , wherein the castration-resistant prostate cancer is resistant to Enzalutamide. 8. The method of claim 1 , wherein the compound is: 9. The method of claim 8 , wherein the compound is represented by the following structural formula: 10. The method of claim 8 , wherein the compound is represented by the following structural formula:
