Disclosed herein is a method comprising administering a compound to a mammal suffering from an inflammatory bowel disease for the treatment of said disease, said compound having a structure according to Formula I wherein X, Y, B, R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 , R 6 and n have the meanings found herein.

What is claimed is: 1. A compound represented by Formula I: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein: R A is selected from the group consisting of: and R 6 is 2. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein the compound is selected from the group consisting of: 7-[(1R,4S,5R)-4-Hydroxy-5-((E)-(S)-3-hydroxy-oct-1-enyl)-3,3-dimethyl-2-oxo-cyclopentyl]-hept-5-ynoic acid methyl ester; 7-[(1R,4S,5R)-4-Hydroxy-5-((E)-(S)-3-hydroxy-oct-1-enyl)-3,3-dimethyl-2-oxo-cyclopentyl]-hept-5-ynoic acid; (Z)-7-[(1R,4S,5R)-4-Hydroxy-5-((E)-(S)-3-hydroxy-oct-1-enyl)-3,3-dimethyl-2-oxo-cyclopentyl]-hept-5-enoic acid; (Z)-7-[(1R,4S,5R)-4-Hydroxy-5-((E)-(S)-3-hydroxy-oct-1-enyl)-3,3-dimethyl-2-oxo-cyclopentyl]-hept-5-enoic acid methyl ester; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 3. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound according to claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and an pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. 4. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound according to claim 2 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and an pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
