The invention claimed is: 1. Drawing die arrangement comprising: a drawing tool that acts on an elongated workpiece, a drawing tool support on which the drawing tool is mounted, counteracting the drawing tool, a measurement device disposed in the drawing tool support on the drawing tool that measures the mass distribution of workpiece material of the elongated workpiece, the drawing tool support comprising a drawing ring that lies against the drawing tool, and a seal disposed between the measurement device and the drawing tool support or the drawing ring or the drawing tool, wherein a coupling medium circulated between the measurement device and the drawing tool is provided, and/or wherein a coupling medium having a lower viscosity than a drawing oil used for drawing the workpiece is provided between the measurement device and the drawing tool, and wherein a circulation channel for the coupling medium is provided in the drawing tool support. 2. Drawing die arrangement according to claim 1 , wherein an accommodation opening for the measurement device is provided in the drawing tool support and/or wherein a depression or accommodation opening or the measurement device is provided on the drawing tool. 3. Drawing die arrangement according to claim 2 , wherein the accommodation opening is provided on the drawing ring. 4. Drawing die arrangement according to claim 2 , wherein the accommodation opening radially penetrates the drawing tool support or the drawing ring or the drawing tool. 5. Drawing die arrangement according to claim 2 , wherein a further seal is disposed between the drawing tool support and the drawing tool. 6. Drawing die arrangement according to claim 5 , wherein the accommodation opening radially penetrates the drawing tool support or the drawing ring or the drawing tool. 7. Drawing system having a drawing machine, having a drawing die arrangement according to claim 1 , the drawing machine drawing a workpiece through the drawing die arrangement, and having a workpiece guide disposed ahead of the drawing die arrangement in a drawing direction, wherein said workpiece guide comprises a workpiece contact surface, a rack, a displacement device for a workpiece contact surface disposed on the rack, and a rack positioner for positioning the rack with reference to the drawing die arrangement or the drawing machine. 8. Drawing die arrangement having a drawing tool that acts on an elongated workpiece, and having a drawing tool support on which the drawing tool is mounted, counteracting the drawing tool, in which support a measurement device that measures the mass distribution of workpiece material of the enlongated workpiece is disposed on the drawing tool, wherein a spacer that comprises a partial spacer ring and defines a space for coupling medium is provided between the measurement device and the drawing tool. 9. Drawing die arrangement according to claim 8 , wherein the space for coupling medium is machined out of the measurement device or the drawing tool, and the partial spacer ring is formed by a remaining projection of the measurement device. 10. Drawing die arrangement according to claim 8 , wherein the partial spacer ring is configured in one piece with the measurement device. 11. Drawing die arrangement having a drawing tool that acts on an elongated workpiece, and having a drawing tool support on which the drawing tool is mounted, counteracting the drawing tool, in which support a measurement device that measures the mass distribution of workpiece material of the elongated workpiece is disposed on the drawing tool, wherein a bracing apparatus for the measurement device, which apparatus acts in a direction toward the drawing tool, is provided on the drawing tool support, and wherein the braceing apparatus comprises a three-point bracing unit. 12. Drawing die arrangement comprising: a drawing tool that acts on an elongated workpiece, a drawing tool support on which the drawing tool is mounted, counteracting the drawing tool, a measurement device disposed in the drawing tool support on the drawing tool that measures the mass distribution of workpiece material of the elongated workpiece, the drwing tool support comprising a drawing ring that lies against the drawing tool, and a seal disposed between the measurement device and the drawing tool support or the drawing ring or the drawing tool, wherein the measurement device is directed at a region that lies behind a drawing and wall ironing area of the drawing die arrangement, in a drawing direction, and wherein a circulation channel for coupling medium is provided in the drawing tool support. 13. Drawing die arrangement according to claim 12 , wherein the measurement device is focused on the region that lies behind the drawing and wall ironing area of the drawing die arrangement, in the drawing direction, and/or on a cylindrical region.
