The electronic apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the at least one hardware processor to: acquire correspondence information from the external device indicating whether the external device supports a first method; and generate the video of the 4:2:0 format when the correspondence information indicates that the external device supports the first method. 3. The electronic apparatus of claim 1 , wherein, when the 4K2K video is a 3D video comprising a right-eye frame and a left-eye frame, the right-eye frame and the left-eye frame are assigned to respective positions in the video of the 4:2:0 format, the positions being determined with respect to a vertical blank signal. 4. The electronic apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the 4K2K video has a resolution of 3840×2160. 5. The electronic apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the same cycle comprises the same clock cycle. 6. The electronic apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising: a storage, wherein the at least one hardware processor reads the 4K2K video from the storage. 7. The electronic apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising: an optical disc drive, wherein the at least one hardware processor reads the 4K2K video from the optical disc drive. 8. The electronic apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the electronic apparatus is a set-top box. 9. The electronic apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising a tuner to receive a broadcast signal of a television program. 10. An electronic apparatus comprising: a connection terminal to which an external device is connectable through an HDMI cable, the HDMI cable comprising channels 0 , 1 , and 2 defined under an HDMI standard; and at least one hardware processor to receive a video of a 4:2:0 format from the external device using the channels 0 , 1 , and 2 of the HDMI cable, wherein the at least one hardware processor: receives a first color difference value and a second color difference value through the channel 0 of the HDMI cable; receives a first luminance value, a second luminance value, a third luminance value, and a fourth luminance through the channels 1 and 2 of the HDMI cable; receives the first luminance value, the second luminance value, and the first color difference value in the same cycle; and receives the third luminance value, the fourth luminance value, and the second color difference value in the same cycle, wherein the video of the 4:2:0 format is generated from a 4K2K video by at least sampling, from a first pixel, a second pixel, a third pixel, and a fourth pixel in the 4K2K video, (1) the first luminance value of the first pixel, (2) the second luminance value of the second pixel, (3) the third luminance value of the third pixel, (4) the fourth luminance value of the fourth pixel, (5) the first color difference value for all of the first pixel, the second pixel, the third pixel, and the fourth pixel, and (6) the second color difference value for all of the first pixel, the second pixel, the third pixel, and the fourth pixel, wherein the first pixel is adjacent to the second pixel, the second pixel is adjacent to the third pixel, and the third pixel is adjacent to the fourth pixel. 11. The electronic apparatus of claim 10 , further comprising a tuner to receive a television broadcasting signal. 12. The electronic apparatus of claim 11 , further comprising a display to perform a video display. 13. The electronic apparatus of claim 12 , further comprising: a decoder to decode the video of the 4:2:0 format; and a selector to select either one of an output from the tuner and an output from the decoder and to input the selected output to the display. 14. A method comprising: connecting to an external device through an HDMI cable, the HDMI cable comprising channels 0 , 1 , and 2 defined under an HDMI standard; receiving a 4K2K video comprising a first pixel, a second pixel, a third pixel, and a fourth pixel, wherein the first pixel is adjacent to the second pixel, the second pixel is adjacent to the third pixel, and the third pixel is adjacent to the fourth pixel; generating a video of a 4:2:0 format from the 4K2K video by at least sampling, from the first pixel, the second pixel, the third pixel, and the fourth pixel in the 4K2K video, (1) a first luminance value of the first pixel, (2) a second luminance value of the second pixel, (3) a third luminance value of the third pixel, (4) a fourth luminance value of the fourth pixel, (5) a first color difference value for all of the first pixel, the second pixel, the third pixel, and the fourth pixel, and (6) a second color difference value for all of the first pixel, the second pixel, the third pixel, and the fourth pixel; and transmitting the video of the 4:2:0 format to the external device using the channels 0 , 1 , and 2 of the HDMI cable, wherein said transmitting comprises: transmitting the first color difference value and the second color difference value through the channel 0 of the HDMI cable; transmitting the first luminance value, the second luminance value, the third luminance value, and the fourth luminance through the channels 1 and 2 of the HDMI cable: transmitting the first luminance value, the second luminance value, and the first color difference value in the same cycle; and transmitting the third luminance value, the fourth luminance value, and the second color difference value in the same cycle. 15.
