What is claimed is: 1. A wearable device, comprising: a wearable device including a first end and a second end; a frame positioned in an interior of the wearable device structure; a plurality of magnets, positioned in an interior of the wearable device structure, with a distance between overlapped magnets when the first and second ends overlap, measured from facing faces of the magnets is 0.1 to 10 mm and an overlap of magnet areas at the first end to the second end is at least 75%; an electronic device coupled to the wearable device structure, the electronic device including a memory configured to provide for encryption of the electronic device and voice recognition the electronic device including, one or more haptic device sensors that accepts input from the user based on haptic motion, one or more accelerometers, a search module to search for text, a graphics module and one or more proximity sensors, a payment application configured to provide payments to third parties and the electronic device configured to receive updates wirelessly, the electronic device including a display controller configured to detect contact by the user for at least a portion of the electronic device and any breaking of the contact with the at least a portion of the electronic device, a power failure detection circuit, an optical sensor controller in an I/O subsystem and an accelerometer coupled to the I/O subsystem, the electronic device including a proximity sensor, a calculator, an e-mail module and a video player module; and electronic circuitry positioned at the electronic device. 2. The device of claim 1 , wherein the electronic circuitry is positioned adjacent to the frame. 3. The device of claim 1 , wherein the electronic circuitry includes ID elements. 4. The device of claim 1 further comprising: one or more batteries coupled to the electronic circuitry. 5. The device of claim 1 , wherein the wearable device structure includes a first end that overlaps a second end of the wearable device to provide a coupling of the first and second ends. 6. The device of claim 1 , wherein the device includes one or more sensors. 7. The device of claim 1 , wherein the device is configured to be in communication with a telemetry system. 8. The device of claim 1 , wherein the device is configured to be in communication with a social network. 9. The device of claim 1 , wherein the device is a mobile device. 10. The device of claim 9 , further comprising: a memory; a memory controller; one or more processing units (CPU's); a peripherals interface; a Network Systems circuitry; an input/output (I/O) subsystem. 11. The device of claim 1 , wherein the device includes an antenna and a unique user ID and one or more sensors. 12. The device of claim 11 , wherein the one or more sensors acquires information selected from at least one of a wearable device user's activities, behaviors and habit information. 13. The device of claim 1 , wherein the ID circuitry includes ID storage, a communication system that reads and transmits the unique ID from an ID storage, a power source and a pathway system to route signals through the circuitry. 14. The device of claim 1 , further comprising: elements to enable installation of a firmware update. 15. The device of claim 1 , further comprising: an alarm. 16. The device of claim 1 , further comprising: a multi-protocol wireless controller that in operation characterizes available networks to determine current network information. 17. The device of claim 1 , further comprising: an activity manager. 18. The device of claim 1 , further comprising: a transmit antenna that in operation produces a wireless field; an amplifier coupled to the transmit antenna; a load sensing circuit coupled to the amplifier; and a controller coupled to the load sensing circuit.
