What is claimed is: 1. An instrument guide, comprising: a channel portion having a plurality of channels, each channel sized and shaped to receive a surgical instrument; a lower part mechanically fixed to the channel portion, the lower part including a first door to seal a first channel of the plurality of channels, and a second door to seal a second channel of the plurality of channels; an upper part, the upper part mechanically attached to the lower part and including a funnel configured to guide a surgical instrument toward the plurality of channels; and a seal between the upper part and the lower part, the seal having a first face having a first seal opening aligned with the first channel, the first seal opening being configured at an oblique angle relative to the first channel, the seal sealing against the first door at the first opening when the first door is closed to seal the first channel and sealing against a portion of a first surgical instrument when the first surgical instrument is located in the first seal opening; the seal further having a second face having a second seal opening aligned with the second channel, the second seal opening being configured at an oblique angle relative to the second channel, the seal sealing against the second door at the second opening when the second door is closed to seal the second channel and sealing against an portion of a second surgical instrument when the second surgical instrument is located in the second seal opening. 2. The instrument guide of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of channels includes a camera channel. 3. The instrument guide of claim 1 , wherein the seal is a pyramidal-shaped seal. 4. The instrument guide of claim 1 , wherein the first seal opening has a first shape that matches a shape of the first channel when the first seal opening is viewed along a longitudinal axis of the first channel, and the second seal opening has a second shape that matches the shape of the second channel when the second seal opening is viewed along a longitudinal axis of the second channel. 5. The instrument guide of claim 1 , wherein the first door and second door each include a sealing portion to engage the seal at the respective first seal opening and the second seal opening. 6. The instrument guide of claim 5 , wherein the first door includes a door body, in which the sealing portion is formed, the door body having a rounded back portion that is shaped to prevent instrument snags. 7. The instrument guide of claim 1 , wherein the first door is mechanically coupled to a first pivot and the second door is mechanically coupled to a second pivot, the instrument guide further including a first lever mechanically coupled to the first pivot for opening and closing the first door, and a second lever mechanically coupled to the second pivot for opening and closing the second door. 8. The instrument guide of claim 1 , wherein the first seal opening has an elliptical cross section that appears circular when viewed along a longitudinal axis defined by the first channel. 9. The instrument guide of claim 1 , wherein the channel portion has a proximal end, a distal end, and an axis defined between the proximal end and the distal end, a retraction direction being defined along the axis and toward the proximal end, and wherein the first door has a front side oriented toward the proximal end of the channel portion and a rounded back side oriented toward the distal end of the channel portion, the rounded back side of the first door being sized and shaped such that a normal force applied to the rounded back side of the first door biases the first door toward an open position, wherein the rounded back side of the first door is configured to prevent the first surgical instrument from snagging on the first door during retraction of the surgical instrument. 10. The instrument guide of claim 1 , wherein the channel portion has a proximal end and a distal end, the plurality of channels extending from the proximal end to the distal end, the proximal end and distal end defining a channel portion axis, the first door having a first door sealing part that in a closed position extends distally and toward the channel portion axis, and the second door having a second door sealing part that in a closed position extends distally and toward the channel portion axis. 11. An instrument guide, comprising: a channel portion having a plurality of channels, each channel being sized and shaped to receive a surgical instrument; an upper part coupled to the channel portion, the upper part including a plurality of guide portions, each guide portion having an opening that connects with one of the plurality of channels; and a pyramidal seal having a plurality of seal faces and seal openings in at least some of the seal faces, each of the seal openings being aligned with and at an oblique angle to one of the plurality of channels; a lower part coupled to the channel portion, the lower part including a plurality of doors, each of the plurality of doors being aligned with one of the seal openings; the instrument guide having a first state and a second state, in the first state, each of the plurality of doors is closed, and the pyramidal seal is sealed against the doors, and in the second state, a surgical instrument is inserted through one of the seal openings and into one of the plurality of channels, the pyramidal seal is sealed against a portion of the surgical instrument. 12. The instrument guide of claim 11 , wherein one or more of the plurality of doors has an opening angle of less than or equal to 25 degrees, the opening angle being a difference between a first rotational position of the a first door of the plurality of doors in a closed position, and a second rotational position of the first door in an open position. 13. The instrument guide of claim 11 , wherein in the second state the pyramidal seal is sealed against a shaft portion of the surgical instrument. 14. An instrument guide, comprising: a channel portion having a plurality of channels, each channel being sized and shaped to receive a surgical instrument; a lower part mechanically fixed to the channel portion, the lower part including a plurality of doors; an upper part, the upper part mechanically attached to the lower part; and a concave seal fixed between the upper part and the lower part, the concave seal having a plurality of seal openings, each of the seal openings being aligned with and oblique to a corresponding one of the plurality of channels and aligned with one of the plurality of doors; the instrument guide having a first state and a second state, in the first state, each of the plurality of doors is closed, and the concave seal is sealed against the doors, and in the second state, a surgical instrument is inserted through one of the seal openings and into one of the plurality of channels, the concave seal sealing against the surgical instrument. 15. The instrument guide of claim 14 , wherein the upper part includes a funnel including a plurality of guide portions, each of the guide portions being sized and shaped to guide a surgical instrument toward one of the plurality of channels. 16.
